Travis from Climate Control serviced my furnace and completed the required maintenance. He was careful to explain the service and showed me the process he completed to ensure everything was in good working order. At my request, he showed me how to change the filter. Travis has consistently been an excellent technician in working on my furnace and is always helpful and professional. The Climate Control front office is also very helpful in ensuring a good experience.

The water heater installation initially did not have a comfort valve and it took a long time to get hot water. Today the AB May plumber came back, installed the valve and made adjustments to the water heater programming and we are back to having rapid hot water.

They installed our water heater and now we now have water pressure like never before. Excellent company
