Best General Plumbing Repairs in Kansas City MO

Gerry was professional, friendly, and so kind. He walked me through all the HVAC maintenance issues, explained everything before he did anything, and asked if I had any questions throughout the service. My air conditioner unit would not come on and he fixed this problem as well. He offered to help me with anything else around the house when he was done with the HVAC. I’ve requested for him to be my guy for regular maintenance.

Jim was great. Showed up on time. Took care of interim repair and assisted in helping us order a permanent replacement part. We are very happy with his work and plan to have him back to do the replacement.

A KB Complete customer for over 10 years. Shower had leak. Contacted KB on Friday May 27 to schedule plumber. First available was Tuesday May 31st from 12 noon to 5pm window. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm I called KB to see where plumber was as I had had no contact all afternoon. My phone call went to answering service which was frustrating. Left information with answering service and they stated someone would call me. 10 minutes later received call from KB plumber who said he lived not far away and was given the job. This was my first indication that my previously scheduled appointment was not properly scheduled or was overlooked. Usually I receive a text from the employee stating who they are and that they are on the way. Never received this communication. When I made appointment, I specifically asked for a tenured and licensed plumber. KB plumber arrived at about 5 pm. While the KB plumber was a nice young man, he was a new KB employee (less than a year) and his lack of plumbing experience was obvious. I had to have the shower valve replaced which meant cutting into sheetrock to gain access to old valve to replace with new one. All in all, the entirety of the work was no more than 2 hours and cost me a total of $1,200.00. The job would have been quicker had KB plumber fully understood what he was doing. I was very fortunate to have been home to observe and assist KB plumber. The cost of the valve replacement itself was quoted at $755.00 but I had to pay $800.00. I believe KB website states you never pay more than what is quoted??? While I did pay the cost of $1,200.00, I feel I was taken advantage of and that the cost was excessive. I will no longer be using KB Complete for any future plumbing needs.

I as a small business owner as well and enjoy doing the work for mark. He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. We have been blessed to work for his company and I just wanted to let him know how much everyone here appreciates him. So thank you Mark for all the years of work that you've given all of us..

Our plumber today was Fernando, and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We had one repair that needed to be made and he did that easily.

I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Will definitely be using this company again! Called yesterday, came out today! It was a simple job (which the other companies I called made it seem like it was not worth their time) but Austin treated me professionally and like I had been a long time customer! Very good overall experience!

Bob Hamilton sent Derek A. out to service my furnace for winter. Derek explained all what he was doing and got it clean and ready to roll. He noticed my AC looking dirty on his way to the truck and asked if I’d like him to check it out and make recommendations. I did and it was pretty dirty and Derek asked if I’d like him to service it while he was here. I went ahead and killed two birds with one stone. I appreciate Derek taking the time to even stop and glance and check my ac for me being that it wasn’t really part of why he came out. Great job and great service. Five stars for Derek and his customer service skills.

After speaking with someone and explaining what plumbling problems I was experiencing, was put on hold for at least 15 minutes, no one came back on line. No apology or anything, ended the call, will not be calling them again.

Called them for the second time in 4 years. Jared came out with in a short time. He assessed our problem, tried to remedy it but was a bigger mess than he was able to fix. A short time later, Daniel came over and worked it for all the time allowed for his day. Came back next day exactly as promised and went right at it. Problem fixed and all good at this time. Our house was built in the mid '60s. 5 stars from my wife and I.
