I've had several instances of roots in the pipes of my rental home. Although I can't vouch for the cost, I can confirm they're much more thorough than any of the plumbers in the past. Quite professional and friendly, they rotorooted the all the pipes towards and away from the house in an hour, using a camera to confirm the problem was fixed. When they came back to pour RootX in the pipes to prevent further growth, they put painters tape on all the faucets and toilet lever to remind us not to use water. Very helpful with two absent minded teenagers. Would definitely recommend!

Aces drain cleaning has to be the best plumbers around! They replaced my water heater and it only took a couple hours. They are very professional and efficient. AWESOME service and fast responding time! Jill was great in booking apt for our service. Simon & Larry was very knowledgeable and provide incredible services. We have a clogged sink but the house was older so there was a lot more to it then unclogging it with a snake tool. The guys have to locate the main pipe that the sink drains into then cut into it, drain it, unclog it, and then added a drain access cap for future clogging issues. GREAT customer service and workmanship at an affordable price. We will definitely call them for future services! A+++

With the long cold spell we had a pipe freeze and break. We called to have them come out. Our call was returned promptly, they were able to come right out. The communication was great. I had 3 different plumbers come from 2 different companies. All of which failed at unclogging my drain. I called Ace Plumbing, not only did they arrive on time but also unclogged my drain in half the time the other Plumbers took to walk away unsuccessful. Needless to say this my go to Plumber from here out.

I called Ace's Drain Cleaning Plus because we discovered a very large crack in our toilet. They sent Brandon to our house within just a few hours, and he was great. Brandon installed a new toilet and the final cost was actually under the quoted price. I'll definitely be called Ace's if I have any more plumbing issues.

Like everyone, I would have liked to spend less on the service than I did... but with that said, their prices were good and their service was great. Within the last year had Roto Rooter out here for the same problem and the price was about the same but the service from Ace's was so much better. My price would have been less than Roto's price for similar service I think, but Ace's was excellent at diagnosing the issue and in resolving the issue. They even showed me the inside of my pipes with their camera and pointed out things to watch out for in the future. That was much more than I received from my other service provider.

Scheduling was a breeze... I reached out late last night and first thing this morning they contacted me back, and they were at the house by 9am assessing the issue. The assessment and all work was completed in about 1.5 hours. Again, price was fair and reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Ace's again.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I called Ace's Drain Cleaning Plus on Tuesday and they sent someone out to look the same day. My worst nightmare came true during this onslaught of coldness in the Kansas City area is a busted pipe in my kitchen. I came home just as a relative was washing dishes and she screamed...Water is coming from under the sink and I can't stop it! I ran downstairs to turn the main water off, but water was everywhere on the kitchen floor. I called several companies on Friday and Saturday to unclog my floor drain. ACE was the only one I could get to come out and it was Saturday evening. The recent Polar weather did make the plumbers extra busy, but Ace gladly worked me in. Simon showed up promptly and after taking a look he told me exactly what his plans were to fix it. After the floor drain pipe was cleared of the roots, he explained everything he did and cleaned up most of the mess. I told him to leave the rest for me since I would reclean anyhow. After completing the work he recommend a product to kill the roots and he applied it to the drain as well. Simon was very professional, polite, thorough, prompt, and quick with his work. Our house is getting ready to celebrate its 100th birthday, and has had a couple of seriously underqualified DIY owners before us; we're used to finding leaky pipes, grumpy outlets, etc. After numerous handymen, big name plumbing groups, and Angie's List contacts we still hadn't found someone that we were comfortable with being in our home AND completed the service with skill AND didn't cost a fortune until we had Ace's come out to repair a small leak near our laundry.

He could have just dealt with the leaky seam, but he took the time to assess the entire situation and discovered that someone had bent the pipe to (literally) skip corners which had put stress on several seams. He then added the length (and corners) that should have been there to begin with, leaving us with a repair we're confident will last.

My washing machine drain backed up and overflowed and my kitchen sink also was backed up with standing black water. Called Ace's Drain Cleaning up. Promptly got scheduled. Great experience with Ace's Drain Cleaning. I had a clog in my drain line stemming from roots creeping into the pipe. Simon and Larry were my technicians and couldn't have been better. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and then gave me another call to let me know when they were 30 minutes out. They showed up wearing masks, were very polite, and knew their stuff. I let them work while I played video games and watched soccer. They stayed for almost 3 hours making sure that the drain line was clear and all the roots were removed and destroyed so I wouldn't have the same problem in the future. Great work and I can't recommend them enough.

Faucets have black specks coming out. Brandon and Ace was quick to find the problem. The hot water heater has a horrible build up inside. They tried and tried to flush it to save the hot water heater but unfortunately it's gonna need a new one its just to old. They also take the time to show you and explain everything thoroughly. Our drain was clogged badly near the end of a busy day. It is likely we wouldn’t be able to open our business as usual the next morning if we could not find someone who is willing to come out fairly quickly. We called ACE, and the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. Better, even though he was working on a different site but he agreed to come out as soon as as he can. Their goal is really for the customer to pay $89 hourly diagnostic. Experienced workers but claim they have no idea as to problem.

Big name plumber came out, spent 30 minutes on it and told me they couldn't clear the clog and needed to spend 4500 to dig up the concrete. Ace came out and put in a couple hours work and got my line cleared. I do still need line repaired, but we have functioning sewage. Saved me from spending 4500 this week. You can tell when he's talking he's being honest and not trying to sell you the next job.

Best contractor experience ever. They literally went above and beyond to find our problem. We had hidden pipes running from the basement into the attic and they tracked the problem down, refusing to leave until our issue was fixed. It really made our day. What was thought to be a simple faucet replacement turned into a pipe repair around the faucet also meaning they also had to cut a hole in my wall on the other side. We had another plumbing company come out for a blockage in our laundry room standpipe. That company told us after already spending $400 that there was nothing else we could do but dig up the concrete and replace the line. We wanted another opinion, so we called Ace. I own a photography studio and I had a bath/shower combination that caused the tub to not hold water long enough to have a soak bath in my studio restroom. Simon was courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgable. He was able to fix the issue very quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.
