What a great honest professional to do business with! Turns out my problem wasn't the water heater....and he told me so...and diagnosed the fact that it was a problem with my sump pump not working properly and the water I thought coming from my water heater was actually coming through the floor under my water heater! Most, I think would have just given me a new water heater...I'm a single woman, and I don't know about these things. After years of being taken advantage of by service people, it is so refreshing to find someone so honest, so knowledgeable and informative about water heaters and troubleshooting the problem! I very highly recommend this young man and his company. When I do need a water heater....I'm calling Chase!

These guys was sent out by my home warranty company after I called I filed claim about my basement restroom backing up there tech came out spent 2 minutes at my place unplugged my pump from my my float on & off switch the pump kicked on as it was supposed to so I knew my pump was good just the float was bad. I was very surprised when these guys said I needed a whole new grinder pump and gave my warranty company a $ 1300 and some odd dollar estimate it was not covered by my warranty company. So I called KCS who came out and replaced just the float all I needed in the first place for $280 bucks and informed me that my pump was not even a grinder nor do they recommend one for most home applications. So needless to say if you are thinking of using these guys I would most definitely get a second opinion could save you lots of money

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend.
