I'm very impressed with ABMay especially Ryan who was able to clear my main drain in a very short time. He was so friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He even gave me some ideas of what I can do to prevent issues in the future. I was more than impressed with Chase and his company! The first time I spoke to Chase, he spent at least fifteen to thirty minutes on the phone with me discussing the best option. Chase was out to the house within a couple days and instead of making a quick sale, which he could have done, pointed out several potential safety issues that needed resolved. Chase left our house without selling or billing us anything and gave us time to call around. We ended up calling Chase back out to fix the issues and install a new water heater, which we have been very happy with. Chase was efficient and knowledgeable, and his work was very clean and professional. I will recommend KC Water Heaters to anyone who asks. Thanks again Chase!

Ed was absolutely awesome. Right on time and great quality work. He replaced my shower control and fixed the bad leaking pipe. He also repaired both my water spickets and repaired a leaking shutoff. I called this company about emergency plumbing issues I'm having. I thoroughly described the situation, and they assured me they could help me tonight.The plumber gets here and has no idea what's going on. None of the notes were passed on, clearly. He said he couldn't do anything because there was standing water in the basement (which I had told the people on the phone more than once) and then charged me $49 for doing literally nothing but wasting my time.Will never go near this company again.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
