Ive used this company on many occations for various things. they are always on time to appointments. They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone. They have always been willing to work with me and get out to emergencies in a very timely manner. the prices have always been fair for the work performed and they have never pushed me to do work that was not needed. i work for a water restoration company so I am constantly needing a plumber on stand by and bill fry and his crew have always been available for me.

As others here have said, I would give Kyle and Devoted Plumbing a better than 5 star review if I could! He is amazing. My dad has ALS and needed a new ADA toilet installed. I worked on it for hours only to realize late at night that the phalange was cracked. I called Kyle, he was onsite within 15 minutes, had the toilet set and leak proof in 20 minutes. He was a Godsend to my parents! Please give him all the business you can, you will not be disappointed!

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Used my home warranty and Quick Relief is the contractor they called. All went well. Anthony did a great job looking at the job. Sent the job proposal to the home Warranty and got it approved. Anthony came back out to do the fix, outside hose. All went well. Will definitely request home warranty use them for me for the next repair.

Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

Update: This estimation process was initiated through Home Depot. True Blue followed up with Home Depot with little result. True Blue reached out to me to explain their status. I requested they provide their own quote and remove Home Depot from the equation as this seems to me a recent issue with Home Depot. I gave them 5 stars for their customer service follow up and determination to make this right.Original: Never received the quote I requested. Makes it hard to wanna schedule work when you don’t know the cost. Visiting technicians were great, friendly an d knowledgeable.

We got a text letting us know the tech was on his way. Even showed his picture. Then the tech called to let you know he was there. Thanks Josh. Will definitely use them again.

Jeff was very friendly! I wasn’t able to be at my property but that did not stop him from doing his job. The schedulers need to communicate better about fees because I wasn’t aware that there was a fee but this is no reflection of Jeff and his work.07/07/2022Angel was great!
