Completed our bi-annual HVAC (furnace and heat pump) maintenance this last week. Climate Control installed the unit in 2010, and has maintained it ever since. The unit still performs very well after 12 years. Even though it is reaching the end of its life span, I feel the routine maintenance has helped it remain in good operation.Technician Ryan O’Dell serviced the unit. He was professional, polite, and very detailed and thorough. He went through every detail of the maintenance job, and explained every item he serviced, adding recommendations as needed. I also requested a quote for a steam humidifier to be installed. The estimate was given to me before he left.I and very satisfied with Climate Control, and will more than likely buy a new unit from them when it becomes necessary in a few years.

Chris provided professional, courteous, friendly and educational service assisted by Randy. KB consistently responds promptly to service requests and every serviceman who has come into my home has been amazing. They are all knowledgeable whether it’s plumbing, heating or cooling. They are conscientious about being careful and cleaning up. They explain the services they have provided and the billing accordingly. The office staff is also delightful and understanding on the phone. I highly recommend this company!

Kevin has replaced parts in our water filtration systems, and answered a lot of questions we have about plumbing in our home. He's timely, professional, courteous and knows what he's doing. He doesn't do what's easy, but does the right thing. He is also one of few plumbers I know who understand water filtration and doesn't look at me like I'm crazy for wanting cleaner water. He gets a 5 star recommendation!

I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Had multiple plumbing issues that we'd been putting off in the house until my own attempts to reseat a toilet resulted in cracking the original flange. Called up Mike after seeing some nice reviews on social media in our neighborhood and am EXTREMELY glad we did.

Mike is exceptionally professional and experienced and came by to diagnose water flow/leak issues in two bathroom showers, and completely remounted one toilet while making another run like new.

Mike specializes in tankless water heater installation and also gave a very thorough cost/benefit analysis and explained our tank/tankless options to replace a 24 year old water heater we need to have replaced as well.

The technician was friendly and professional. One of my questions stumped her so she called a supervisor to be sure she had the right answer I appreciated that she was willing to do that rather than give me a potentially wrong answer. I highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy to anyone with plumbing needs. I called to set up an appointment to have my toilet repaired and he came out immediately! He was super professional and on-time.
Also, rather than having me spend unnecessary money on fixing the old toilet, he provided a quote that was far less than I had expected for a brand new toilet! He installed the toilet quickly and even put tarps down to be courteous of my home. I will definitely be using Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy for my future plumbing needs!
