From scheduling the initial appointment to the Install; these guys are top notch!! They may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for!! Jared did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, he did what I asked. The team that showed up for the installation, Paul, Daniel, and Anthony… they worked til the job was complete. I have no complaints. Everybody was on time and everything went as scheduled!!!

Nate was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very personable and easy to talk with. Great customer service! My wife and I were so pleased that we bought the 3 year maintenance plan and rest easier knowing that this company is taking care of our system!

Technician, Ebony Moultrie, was professional. She diagnosed and solved the plumbing issue quickly and told me how to prevent it in the future.

Scheduled new water heater as our is 16 years old and leaking. Instead, he fixed the leak and also fixed a cold water return we didn't even know wasn't working. Does exactly what is needed and doesn't over charge. Highly recommend.

Chris’s presentation was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and stayed in contact throughout the installation. We had just purchased our home and had to replace the water heater, install a new AC unit and furnace, add in a return air vent on the second floor and two new ducts on the first floor. Chris helped us decide which units would best fit the needs of our home and family. All the work was done in a timely manner. He even helped us find financing to pay for the project. 🤩

Matthew and his team were wonderful. They arrived and got right to work. Matthew answered any questions I had and was very nice and respectful. They installed plumbing and dryer hookups in my garage for my washer and dryer. It was an excellent job and when they were finished Matthew walked me through all that had been done so I could see everything that had been done. I would highly recommend R-Mech.

Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly. This company tries to earn ur business then when u let them in ur doors and ask for an estimate, they send a guy out and don’t tell him he’s doing an estimate but he’s doing a service call, so I had him call his work and he found out that it was for an estimate. After he was done doing the estimate he said that they would email the estimate to me. I thought ok great. Well I get the email after 1 to 2 months later open it up and it’s not an estimate it’s a BILL
Saying my company owes them over $400 dollars. For work completed. I was like what!!!
I called up CEI mechanical and spoke to some guy who refused to give me the owners number because the owner was out of the office.
So what I’m trying to say is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
You will get charged for stuff u didn’t want and didn’t even sign for.
