For years I only used a one person for all my hearting a cooling needs. When that was no longer an option I didn't know who to trust with all the difference choices of Heating and Cooling companies I researched on Google.I can not stress enough, I made the right choice going with Climate Control! Could not be happier. Spoke with their comfort specialist James who did an outstanding job in taking care of my needs, answered all my questions effectively, and gave me peace of mind knowing that we made the right choice in going the route we needed to fix my issue.The on site tech (Brad and Travis) were very professional and encouraged me to ask questions about their work, and provided me with tips and tricks to keep my home comfortable, w/out paying for extra bells and whistles.As a customer service professional for over 15 years I know good customer service and bad. I can also tell when someone is taking me for a ride, and telling me the truth. When discussing my situation with James he did not try to over sell me a product to make a higher commission nor insulted my intelligence (like the order heating and cooling companies did) by saying we need to get all this extra work done to make your home comfortable. They worked with me, and got the problem solved rather than spending a lot of money.If you are in a similar situation and need someone to handle your heating and cooling needs. Don't be impressed by a fancy TV commercial, because you are helping that company pay for that.Go with Climate Control, they will deliver on what the other companies say they will do. Climate Control will now handle all my Heating and Cooling needs!A+++

I called AB May to use their main line drain special. I spoke with a girl, and she set up an appointment for me. She asked if I could be home by 4:00, and I told her that would not be a problem. Before the scheduled appointment, she called me back and asked if I could be rescheduled. I said, that is fine. I asked her if she could set it up again for 4:00 or after, and she said that she could. I would have to take off work a little bit early, but that's not a problem. The day they were suppose to arrive, I was home by 4:00. I waited until 5:00 and decided I should call to make sure they are still coming. The girl who answered the phone said yes, they are on their way. (without checking with anyone) I believed her. I waited until 6:00 and called again. The girl that answered the phone said, I don't even see you on the schedule! Let me check with the dispatcher. They were not coming, I was not on their schedule. She asked me to reschedule, and I said NO! I've rescheduled twice, taken off work early, put off doing my yard work because I was waiting on them! She said, let me call them back, and see if they can still come out tonight. I said, only if it's by 7:00 pm. She checked with them, and it was not possible. The whole time I was on hold, I kept listening to their message repeating over and over again saying they are 3 generations of people who care. They give excellent customer service before, during and after your experience....I was pretty upset, and asked her to have a supervisor call me the next day. That has been a week and a half ago and no word.

Responded promptly and professionally to a last-minute weekend need. Chase was EXCELLENT and we so very much appreciated his help. He explained everything and how it all worked. Can’t say enough good things his service!

They came out on the same day and got my air conditioning working. Very nice guy. Reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this company for any services you may need that they offer. A+ ⭐

On 8/17/23, Matt & Eric arrived promptly after I called to schedule a repair/replacement garbage disposal. They knocked out the job very quickly. He then had Paul come to the house to get our new furnace order placed and then installed by Dustin and Jeff. All four gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable. We also had a great plumbing professional named Anthony, who came the same day to repair/replace our second batch room’s bathtub knobs/pipes, and also unclogged the drain. My family couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the entire crew! Prices were great and the service was even better. We will definitely recommend Bob Hamilton to our friends and family. What a terrific company to take care of our heating and cooling needs! There are few businesses where, occasionally when I call, I actually get to talk to the owner of the company. I can always count on my heating or cooling challenge being taken care of within 48 hours and often, the very same day. We have never been disappointed in their service or the cost of the project. Due to the size of the company, I also know the gentlemen that will be coming to my house by first name. As long as we have furnaces and air conditioners, we will be relying on Dick Ray to keep them working!
