Called on a Sunday evening and had my new water heater installed by noon on Monday. Chase was honest and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell unneeded things. Great value as the final bill came under what I thought or even quoted over the phone. Hopefully I don’t need a new water heater for the next 15-20 years, but I will call kc water heaters when I need another one!

Very satisfied with the new Trane HVAC system and Bradford White water heater installed on Tuesday. Mission may not have had the lowest bid, but it was very fair in my opinion, and 25% below the first quote we got. Craig was great to work with in choosing a system to address our needs. Brian was also great in scoping out the installation requirements. Gary, Tom, and Eric arrived on time and got busy right away, and worked steadily to complete the work in one day. David joined the crew later in the day to install the water heater. All of the guys seemed to really know their trade, and we are very pleased with the installation. I would strongly recommend Mission as providing good value for this project. THANKS GUYS, you were all great to work with!

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

Would 100% recommended this company. Very prompt, quick turnaround and professional. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me options for repair as well as preventative maintenance on the whole unit. Just like any other company they are going to offer additional services which you may or may not be ready to pay for or address at that time. They however were not pushy just informative. Thank you again for your service LBA. Much better than that other company that I won't mention but you've probably heard their jingle on the radio ;).

Jason did a wonderful job installing our new Koehler faucet and sprayer. We are very pleased with the company and highly recommend them.

We performed some work for one of their buildings they own and never got paid for the work. Will never do business for them in the future.
