Best Furnace Repair in Kansas City MO

A standard furnace maintenance turned into a broken damper, a furnace that wasn’t cleaned and/or plugged in. We went without heat for 1.5 days, had to take another day off work to wait for another service. The second service tech cleaned the furnace, showed me how all the wires were hanging & not attached appropriately. The first tech stripped out some screws, thus there was no way to appropriately connect valuable parts. The company is giving us the run-around. They refuse to replace the stripped out part unless we paid $1800. They are not responding to our demand to fix the damper (they said we would need to pay $300 for this repair). We eventually had to hire a different company for a second opinion. It made us sick to learn how badly Anthony was taking advantage of us! The reputable company would charge $1000 for the stripped out component and $120 to fix the damper. We are in a holding pattern, waiting for Anthony to respond and do the right thing!! This review is an attempt to protect future customers from inviting this terrible company into your home!! Don’t do it! They spend $$ on advertising & not training their techs.

My spouse and I just moved and of course our AC unit went out. Our tech was Nate, he was polite and friendly. He was here for hours 'on a holiday weekend' and really gave us a good understanding of our current system and various options available. Wonderful service. Thank you Nate! 😊

Update...... A month later my water heater exploded and flooded my basement. Apparently we did need a new water heater

Very pleased with the service, the attention given and how even though it was a long day for them and they were booked pretty solid, they still fit me in. On the first hot day this year, which spanned the upper 90’s for 4 good days, I turned on my AC to find that it didn’t come on or work at all, but had a Freon leak and had emptied over the winter. I called all over the city for someone to come help us, everyone was booked up. Morton Man fit me in same day and got me back in a livable climate. The pricing was very fair as well, which we appreciated so much, since no one exactly plans to have those unexpected types of expenses pop up. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

The guys were knowledgeable, professional and easy going. Gave me options to fix the problems and didn't just give me the most expensive option. Would recommend them to anyone.

My 20-year-old AC unit that was originally installed by Mission PHC finally quit working. Corky came out and went over all the options for replacing the AC and furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My new system was installed the next day. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. Thank you, Mission PHC!

I've been using Joe for about 12 years. I've been impressed by his knowledge, honesty and quality work.
On my first call, Joe drove through a blizzard of more than 6 of snow to fix my furnace. And through the years has shown his troubleshooting ability in keeping my old system humming. Recently Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing a complete new system (Locating the components during the time the supply chain/COVID shutdown made it almost impossible to find)
I highly recommend Joe. His type of experience and personal interest is rarely seen nowadays.

Have leaks in plumbing they did, was sold a bad water heater, then charged for them to come fix it (It was not fixed) Had to retrieve my tools they were trying to steal, and they showed up hungover, very unprofessional and rude. Going to have to call new plumber to fix what they did.

Great landlords, whenever I call for maintenance they come and fix the situation. No matter what it is they always come through, me and my spouse are glad to have them as landlords! The employees are always respectable , professional and kind and the job always gets done. We highly recommend !
