Five stars across the board for Travis at Climate Control. He has been the technician taking care of my furnace and AC for the last two years. Travis is always professional, as well as courteous and friendly. He is thorough in his work and is always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have about my furnace and AC.

Technician Anthony M. arrived on time as promised. Worked efficiently, took less time than expected, answered all questions, professional and friendly. Our Gold Plan is a great value.

Chase Thompson, owner of KC Water Heaters, is a master plumber with a fuel gas certification. Chase replaced our two 15-year old gas water heaters with two new Bradford White tanks. The fuel gas certification is important to us since we know that a lot of houses do not have proper venting. Sure enough our old tanks had the melted plastic evidence of prior backdrafts. We spent time with him discussing various tank options as well as different configurations for plumbing setup. We decided on a reverse return plumbing setup as recommended by the tank manufacturer (Bradford White). We had other quotes from more well-known plumbing companies but they recommended the more well-known parallel or in series setups even with Bradford White units. I'm not sure they know reverse return setups. Chase installed the manufacturer-recommended plumbing setup and increased the size of the vents to properly handle the exhaust and be compliant with code. He gets city permits on his jobs. He also replaced the PRV valve which was old and not providing adequate water pressure. He was at the house for 6-7 hours and worked hard the entire time with no breaks. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, and all he does is water heaters, so you're working with an expert. I highly recommend him.

We had our air conditioner go out yesterday with the inside temp climbing to nearly 90 degrees. A friend recommended supreme services so I texted them and to my surprise they came out that evening even though it was after 10:00. Quick fix, very professional, and reasonable, even after 10PM on a Saturday. Would recommend them to anyone!

Not on time and definitely don't come in the window they tell you to expect them and didn't even show up the first day or return phone calls.

After having a little bit of trouble on my mini splits that were not installed by this company, they took my “cold call” and rushed out the very next day to diagnose the problem. The technician was friendly and professional! He was able to find the issue and fix it quickly. The cost for the repair was very reasonable as well. I’ll be giving R-Mech my business from here on out.

Tech - Phil - arrived and listened to me explain my problem - clogged kitchen drain. I showed him my drains and concern it might be a sewer issue. He deduced (correctly) it was merely a clogged lateral. He cleaned it and checked his work completely. My drain is clear. He did a good job. I would recommend him to anyone. Just wish LBA’s prices were a bit more reasonable. I’m a repeat, longtime customer, for a reason.

Joe has provided prompt, fair, excellent service for our family for over 8 years. Very thankful to know I can call and have him there to solve our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing problems.

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

These workmen don’t know how to drive. Just by observing them on the road I would not hire them!
