Jesse installed a new garbage disposal as an emergency request. He disgnosed our problem quickly and had it resolved for a fair price and very quickly. We will use them again.

Quick Relief Plumbing was sent out to complete a slab repair, through my home warranty protection. The main drain pipe had holes and cracks. This is the pipe where all of my kitchen area went into. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew were very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that I replace the whole line. So I did give my approval to do so and it's a good thing I did because the whole pipe was corroded, cracked and if they would have just done the little repair that was originally needed. I would be dealing with more problems. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, timely and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. On a late Saturday afternoon I struggled to find a plumber willing and able to fit me in for an emergency (main home water line had to be shut off to avoid flooding in house). I was referred to Quality Plumbing by another plumber who I've used before! Dillon came out first thing on Sunday morning and fixed our issue within a short amount of time. He also helped with some advice on related plumbing stuff. Very timely, extremely friendly and helpful with good communication throughout. Very happy with Dillon's work and will definitely be using him (and Quality Plumbing) again. Highly recommended!

I called up Pierpoint Plumbing, they came out to our house right away and fixed the leak. The best part is that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I will be using them in the future.

He did all he could and explained everything great job

My initial contact with this company was awesome. The son was pleasant and got the job done; however I was not told key details. Guess what, same problem occurred today. Called the company back and got Patrick. He was very rude. He interrupted me constantly when I was trying to explain that I was not aware my services were not guaranteed and just a temporary fix. He talked to me as if I had plumbing know how although I kept trying to tell him I don't understand plumbing language. I told him I understood he was saying it wasn't guaranteed and that it would be full cost if he came out. I still wanted to be heard. He also laughed when I said I wasn't being heard. I was 100% willing to try the service again( even after being told it would be full price), but do to his poor customer service I'll go elsewhere. And to top it off, he hung up while I was still trying to talk.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. He took time to explain the process that he would use to unclog my drain and the exact price before any work was started. The work was done professionally and he cleaned up his work area when he was finished. Thanks for a job well done!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.
