We had the expansion tank of our hot water heating system replaced. It went smoothly and we are now ready for next winter. Mike arrived timely and answered all our questions. The experience was very pleasant overall.

I had a pretty good experience. Christopher Lyons replaced a outdoor water hydrant for me. Overall, I'm satisfied, as he did fix the problem. But..it cost me about $275 for about 30 minutes of labor. The work he did was fine, but the cost was a little steep for the work involved. If I have a simple plumbing issue in the future, I will look for an independent/self employed plumber as I believe the labor could be cheaper.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional!
