We were having an issue where our Drains were backing up in the garage.
I called 4 other local plumbers and they were either next week or the end of the month. So I called the main number and told them what was going on and they said there were a few in front of me but they would get here today or tomorrow at the latest. When Dustin arrived he was very courteous and cautious when using his equipment in our garage. I would highly recommend Wel-Don for anyone needing a professional.

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Chris and his partner were professional and helpful. We had a few gas leaks that forced us to turn off the furnace in the winter. Although originally they were supposed to come between 9-11 am and arrived at 3pm, once they got here they got the job done quick.

We scheduled an appointment to have a frozen pipe repaired. After calling and being told they were running behind but were on their way, we never heard from them again. No answer on the business line, no calls returned. They ghosted us.
