They do top quality work. They are human though and can make small errors. God Bless Mary Rice and her guys for being very professional in standing behind their work and correcting any problems without any complaints.

We scheduled an appointment to have a frozen pipe repaired. After calling and being told they were running behind but were on their way, we never heard from them again. No answer on the business line, no calls returned. They ghosted us.

Mary replaced my cracked cast iron main drain. I'm very happy with the result.

Other plumbers who had looked at it in the past said it couldn't be replaced without destroying the connection into the concrete. Mary was able to remove the existing pipe from the hub connection without damaging the hub. This saved a costly tearout.

I contacted Rice Plumbing to perform an inspection service in November. They confirmed the appointment and confirmed the required date of completion. Since then, they have been a no-show, no-call and I have followed up with several phone calls and voicemails. All of which have gone unanswered. This impacted the viability of a home purchase and I am very disappointed. I would recommend staying away from this business.

Good people, went above and beyond to help

I had a leaky bathtub faucet and needed a plumber. My plumber I normally used finally called at 6pm saying he couldn’t make it at all over the weekend. I called Rice Plumbing. Mrs. Rice came out next day, Saturday, and fixed the problem. She was extremely professional and solved my problem quickly. Very fair on pricing. My plumber of choice from now on

Have used them more than once they show up late all the time or set up a appointment and don't show up and don't return calls. If it is a job they can't charge you a big figure they won't wast there time . BUT THEY WILL WAST YOURS!

My sink and bathroom drains were completely clogged up and in addition my piping under my kitchen sink had been incorrectly designed. Rice Plumbing Sewer & Drain team efficiently and impressively cleaned up the problem and the mess within about an hour. Definitely recommend their excellent services.

Update on New Jobs on 6/18/20 - The Rice Plumbing team fixed several plumbing issues that needed repair in our house. We were very impressed with their excellent work and their friendly disposition. Very professional and pleasant. We had a drain clog up between the time we scheduled the appt for a leaky shower and when they arrived. They went ahead and fixed the clogged drain, too. We recommend them highly!
