KB Complete Plumbing was amazing. We had been dealing with another company who kept pushing us back several times. Didnt have our tankless water heater (which they said we had to have instead of a regular one) Kevin was right on time (which we loved) then let us know our water heater that everyone else told us was unfixable, could be fixed. He fixed it in no time and even put it on blocks to prevent the water from breaking it again. He saved us over $4000 and I would recommend him to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.
