I paid 3,000 dollars. Later that day, discussing with my father, he told me he just had his water heater, which is bigger than mine, replaced for 1,400 dollars, including labor. I was quoted 1,600 just to repair my old one. Felt like I just got massively taken advantage of. Terrible feeling.

Trevin just did a very nice job helping me with a basement water issue at the furnace area. He was able to diagnose it as a drain issue, clean it up, shut down the humidifier, and request that a drain tech be sent out same day. I'm very happy with the service

I cannot say enough great things about KC Water Heaters. Chase was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. It is obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. Highly recommended!

Our most recent work done by Jason of Northland Handyman. Slide out shelves in our pantry. Jason secured shelves, after re-spacing them, and installed the slide-out shelves. Quick, accurate, and tidy work. We will always call Northland Handyman first. Jason has also measured and installed quartz countertops for us, flooring in our kitchen, and ceiling fans (including wiring). Good and reliable.

Scott came out to take a look at my basement sink as it was having a clogging issue that drain cleaner wasn't able to take care of. He investigated and found tree roots in the line. After some discussion to fix the issue and make clearing the pipe easier should the need arise he updated the setup of the basement pipes. This was probably needed as I've noticed that whoever flipped my house before I bought it did a so-so job when they added the bathroom in the basement so its hard to say what they did and if it was the correct way to go about it. Overall, would use these guys again for any plumbing problems I have.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.

I was in desperate need to replace a 33 year old water heater that was leaking. Left a message with Doug and he responded within minutes. Told him my emergency and he went beyond to help me. Sent out his plumber Chuck that afternoon. Chuck installed my water heater with professionalism and excellent quality! Couldn’t have asked for a better deal on the heater. They beat the big box stores pricing any day!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
