No frills, no spills - Quick Relief Plumbing originally handled a home warranty call I had for low flow in all of my home faucets. Anthony F. was very honest and professional about the work - including what the warranty probably would not cover. He made quick work of what he could fix and gave me a fair quote on what the warranty would not cover. I appreciated his professionalism, the speed as which he worked, and his honest opinion on what needed to still be done. I immediately decided I would have QRP come back out and do the needed work. I met the other Anthony when he returned a few days later to complete the work. During this visit, he took care of what needed to be done and even showed me how to do some maintenance on my water heater without charging me. It's nice to know companies like this exist.

Danny, reviewed the three problems that we had, proposed the solutions, gathered the materials that were required, and fixed all three problems in a very reasonable time frame. He then reviewed the work with us and identified some features that we were not aware of before. This was a both a professional and pleasant experience for us.

I work at a restaurant in the Shawnee mission/Merriam area. Due to a broken water line we had to temporarily close until the problem was resolved. Corky stopped by in the morning for some breakfast and unfortunately we were unable to serve him. When told the reason as to why. This man volunteered to come take a look free of charge. We already had someone coming to fix it but he left us some cards in case the current guy doesn't come through for us. I just wanted to give Corky a shout out. Super professional and 6 out of 5 on friendliness and customer service. Next time we have any issues, hvac or plumbing, Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling will be our first call.

Never got my estimate back after they came out to my house. Called to check why and they stated they would send it but I have not recieved my estimate after several weeks

I am so disgusted, disappointed, just down right mad and very confused and still feel like I got robbed and tricked! I literally paid almost $600 in cash...for one of the so called roto rooter technicians to come and take a look at my water heater since the unit was no longer heating my water...it appeared to be that the light kept going out...so my bf relit it and it went out AGAIN. so we called them and boom...he gets gets here..lights the pilot light on my water heater ...and gives me the bill and it says 6 something. I had an online coupon for 100 dollars off any service and it ended up costing me 589 dollars still. this is just outright ridiculous and literally robbery. there's no reason why it should have cost that much. he was here for a total of MAYBE 30 minutes tops. and here it is a month or two about later....and the light has gone out again and now won't light at all. I haven't had warm water in that long ao about 2 months or more. NO HOT WATER. NOT FAIR AND I FEEL LIKE A COMPANY LIKE THIS SHOULD NEVER CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR WORK THAT ISNT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT BEING PAID. AND THEY SHOULD NEVER ALLOW THEIR TECHNICIANS TO GOUGE THEIR CUSTOMERS EITHER. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS COMPANY. AND I ALWAYS TELL ANYONE THAT I COME ACROSS ASKING FOR MY ADVICE ON WHO THEY SHOULD USE...AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM BEING HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE.. ANYONE, ANY OTHER COMPANY.... BUT THEM!!!

Technician was great on site. Spent the time to diagnose the problem and make sure that the pipes were unclogged all the way to the main line and beyond.

Josh with Above and Beyond Plumbing installed a tankless water heater in my house. He did a fantastic job, always on time, excellent communication. After he was done he looked at a toilet that's had issues for years that he fixed in only a couple minutes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
