The company was responsive and James was awesome. He did a great job in a timely manner. We have a few other projects that we need to have finished and we will be requesting James again.

We had a sudden pipe leak in our daughter’s loft bathroom where the water was soaking through our kitchen ceiling. I contacted many companies and Connelly was the first to answer (without having to leave a vm). The woman who answered was very polite and assured us they would get someone out as soon as possible but may not be until the next day. However, not even ten minutes later they had rearranged their schedule due to our urgency. Kevin A. and his assistant showed up within the hour. I was so hesitant as my husband and I usually do all repairs on our home (this was one we did not want to tackle). They immediately assessed and explained both our options. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy. They pulled out the price book in front me, and explained everything in language I understood. Immediately I knew this would be the future company for all our future professional service needs in their specialities.

For any of my plumbing needs this is my go-to team! They do a great job, honest and reliable!

You guys have been out to my house 4 times, for different reasons and I have never had a bad experience. I just want to say thank you for always doing great work and I've never felt overcharged. I'm so glad there are still companies you can trust out there.

The technician arrived earlier than expected. Man, was I glad to see him so early! He thoroughly checked out the AC system and noted that everything was functional. Just such a hot day with high humidity. I can probably blame the problem with the power outage the night before.

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

I had them come out to fix a leak in the air conditioner which costs $400. The leak wasn't fixed so I asked them to come back out. The guy was up there for 2 hours and we could smell smoke come from our vents. He didn't actually look for the leak but put the cover back on that the previous guy had left off which I was then charged $230 dollars and would take 2 minutes to do. They then quoted me that they would SEARCH for the leak for $200 after that for their mistake. Awful business.

Cory provided exceptional service for a installing a shut off valve and flex pipe for our gas stove at church and for replacing the water faucet in our home.

Derek did great. He showed up right at 8am, worked through our list of odd and end repairs and saved us having to call out multiple specialists for plumbing and electrical work. Very pleased with all of the installs, drywall repair/paint, fixing our plumbing and also our smart home light switches. Best part is we were quoted a full day and he was done several hours early. We will definitely use Mr Handyman again.

Dwayne was a wonderful help with our clogged plumbing! He was kind, patient, and sweet to the dog. He was able to communicate with us about what the problem was and what the solutions could be. He was wonderful! Still wait for our camera inspection though.
