I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... We had wood rot damage to several out buildings. We needed someone who could cut the old wood out, install new sections and paint. We also had to have the subflooring and plywood floor removed from a playhouse on the property and replaced with decking. They did a fantastic job. They were polite, timely, worked hard and completed the job well, and left the property neat and clean. We enjoyed working with them on our project.

I was given a quote of 390.00 for replacing an outdoor pipe and spigot. I was told that was for any parts, labor. When the job was done the pipe they attached to was about 4” from the wall. The previous was flush. You can tell the pipe doesn’t look professional. When they were done he told me the bill was now 457.56. He claimed he told me parts were not included. I expected 390.00. I will never use them again. Teach your people to be up front right at the beginning. If I knew it was going to go up like that, I wouldn’t have gotten bids.

Late on a Sunday afternoon we found our water heater was not working. Roto Rooter sent out Allan who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked diligently to make sure the new water heater was running smoothly. We will definitely use again. Thanks!
