Chris helped me switch out laminate countertops - same exact style, but different color. He was on time, and even called me the night before to discuss details. I had all the materials already on site, so we were able to get right to work. Chris was phenomenal! He demo'd the old countertops neat as a pin, and cut and installed the new ones in no time! I was so pleased with his workmanship and calm, patient attitude. This was my first experience with Handyman Matters, and I couldn't be happier!

I have use them before so when I had a toilet repair needed I called them. Their scheduling is convenient as Jenny takes care of that via text messages. Brian and Arthur were at my house this morning and got the toilet leak fixed. They informed me about other items and fixed appropriately. I will tell you they are bit expensive but they have the best service. These will be my go to guys for any plumbing service. Five star ! Thanks !

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I knew the work I needed was going to have complications. I was happy to see allowed plenty of time in his schedule. There were a couple of options to fixing the issue. Kyle explained them all. He did an exception job and more thorough than expected. The cost was reasonable.

Khanin was professional and took the time to show me where the problem was stemming from. He also went through what the solution would be prior to starting in on it. He also was extremely helpful in offering suggestions as how he’d handle addressing the removal and replacement of damaged drywall.

This place was suppose to come out to my house twice both times they never showed when they said they would.said they called with no answer and showed up and nobody was home which is a lie because I was working in my garage alday both times and I got in call print outs from my cell provider showing they never called.they have charged me $75 service fee through my rental company and there's nothing I can do about it all n one will not answer my phone calls or return them.this is the worst company ever. Do not call them it will be a waste of time.

I had an issue with my hot water heater. Allan S. (#1512) came out and installed a new part. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found a defect within the water tank and explained how it could worsen over time. He called up the tank manufacturer for me and spoke with them and was able to negotiate them sending me a new tank.I really appreciate all of Allan's help and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
