Thank you for fixing our problem with low water pressure in our shower! My only regret is I didn't call you guys years ago because I thought the situation was just that's how it is!

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Update* we got a bid back!! Prices are fair and the time frame is reasonable. Mark has been very friendly and helpful and upfront and honest.

When Anthony provided the quote for whole house water filter and water softener installation, he was personable, respectful, and didn't talk down to me or use high pressure sales to talk me out of a system not purchased through them. I received a lower quote from another company but much preferred working with Anthony. He immediately said they'll not only match the lower price, they'll beat it by 10%. The day of install, Anthony asked me pertinent questions prior to doing the work rather than making assumptions. Afterwards, he ensured I understood how to finish setting up the system (since it wasn't one of theirs). I later reached out to him about a potential leak and he said he'd stop by. Before he arrived, I reached back out to tell him it didn't actually look like it was a leak but he said he'd stop by anyway. While he was here, he also checked the water pressure at the kitchen sink and fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about working with him. Highly recommend!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

We had a sewer line collapse and have been incredibly pleased with Mr. Rooters communication and response time. We were walked thru the entire process and shown via cameras what was going on with the line. Then were given options on how to proceed. Once our bid was in place, there were no changes or unexpected costs. While it's a franchise - it's still a family supported business. Sam and Bradley removed and installed a Water Heater....They came around 830 to give me an estimate and said they could have the new one installed by noon...I agreed, and they proceeded to do a great job finished by 1145...Very impressed with their Professionalism and Quality of work...

My basement floor drain backed up on the late afternoon of the 3rd of July. I called Roto Rooter and they were working in the basement a couple of hours later. The technician was friendly, informative, and very helpful. He let me know that they charge the same price, no matter when they get called out, even if it is overnight or on a holiday. They have people on call 24/7 waiting to solve my problems. I will definitely use them in the future!
