Best Air Duct Cleaning in Kansas City MO

Had very expensive brand new ac unit installed 5 years ago last year leak in refrigerant detected $500 dollar bandaid fix refilling refrigerant when this shouldn't cost much more than $150 fast forward to yesterday offering another $500 bandaid or over $1000 for a refrigerant line leak repair..the technician was rude and insinuated it was my fault the leak happened because i didn't do the scheduled maintenance...asked to use our bathroom a few minutes after arriving which is completely unprofessional he could have stopped by a gas station before coming to his next job...i told him to just pack up and go we would be calling another company and then called to cancel their asap program charges on my card ...the call rep could tell i was upset..wanted to escalate the issue...its been over 24 hours since the tech left and i still haven't heard anything back...terrible customer service overpriced predatory practices

We've been using Mission since we bought our house in 2008. They have always done a good job maintaining our HVAC system. Our service rep Mike did a thorough job diagnosing our recent AC issue and providing viable solutions. I appreciated his knowledge. Tom, Rob and Joe were the installers who came and installed our new system. They definitely know what they are doing, explaining alot of things to me as I watched them. We trust this company and believe they have our satisfaction as a priority.

Replaced 2 hot water tanks. I called several companies to determine cost and knowledge. Brad, the owner, spent time with me to explain what they would do as well as the best brands to go with as well as explain the difference between tankless vs. tank. I went with the tank because if one goes out (which happened this time) there is a backup plus it's less expensive. I wanted an extended warranty as the original warranty on an A.O. Smith was 6 years as were the other brands. For an additional $100/tank I was able to extend the warranty an additional 4 years. Brad also came out to see if we would need additional plumbing work to address updated spec requirements. In my opinion, he updated our plumbing to be better than what it was when the house was built in '06. Because he took the time to talk to me as well as explain so much, I knew the job would be done right and if needed in the future my needs would be addressed quickly with reasonable charges applied. They will be 'go to' company for any future needs.

My technician Kaden was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in evaluating and fixing my plumbing issues. Will recommend to everyone I know.

This company tries to earn ur business then when u let them in ur doors and ask for an estimate, they send a guy out and don’t tell him he’s doing an estimate but he’s doing a service call, so I had him call his work and he found out that it was for an estimate. After he was done doing the estimate he said that they would email the estimate to me. I thought ok great. Well I get the email after 1 to 2 months later open it up and it’s not an estimate it’s a BILL
Saying my company owes them over $400 dollars. For work completed. I was like what!!!
I called up CEI mechanical and spoke to some guy who refused to give me the owners number because the owner was out of the office.
So what I’m trying to say is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
You will get charged for stuff u didn’t want and didn’t even sign for.
