Best Air Conditioning Heating Services in Kansas City MO

Our AC went out on Wednesday night. Of course during an extreme heatwave and the temperature in our home got up to 89 degrees. Anthony PHCE got us scheduled and everything fixed by Thursday afternoon! Erik was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. He explained exactly what was wrong, how it would get fixed, and pricing. They made a miserable situation so much better and honestly turned our week around! We can’t thank them enough for their help and prompt response on this!

Techs are timely and informative. I don't feel pressured to purchase items not really needed. They doing my 2x per year service plans.Turn around has been pretty quick but my 4 stars (instead of 5) is because I do have to reschedule my planned service dates more frequently than I would prefer. Fortunately the rescheduled day is fairly close to the original one and hasn't caused issues.

This was the first time we’ve used this company. I purchased a new Rheem water heater from Home Depot and needed installation. I consider my installer to be professional, skilled, very courteous, took all Covid precautions and cleaned up everything after the installation was completed. I would use them again.

Super nice guys. However they charged me for a new humidifier filter but did not replace it. Its only 30 dollars but thought folks might want to know.

Have leaks in plumbing they did, was sold a bad water heater, then charged for them to come fix it (It was not fixed) Had to retrieve my tools they were trying to steal, and they showed up hungover, very unprofessional and rude. Going to have to call new plumber to fix what they did.

The work included reassembling all pipe work under bathroom sink, installing new faucets, installing new kitchen faucet set, etc.

This is a call center number forwarded to Chicago. Website explaining this would be helpful. Very misleading
