Outdoor faucet leaked

Zero star. I called and schedule the visit for free estimate for plumbing service. Then, next day they call and re-schedule it appointment and the caller said there is a dispatch fees. They did not notify me since I did not ask. What does free estimates means? To me, they were hiding the terms & conditions and were not at all transparent at first place. Will definitely not recommend rooter plumbing. Beware and do your homework before you reach out.I read some negative reviews and thought, let me give a chance and I believe those reviews were very valid and legitimate.

Still deciding on the job, but their visit for a quote was friendly, thorough, and fair. Leading their way.

Dylan was great at troubleshooting where a leak originated . Very thorough and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the problem and the repair needed. He practiced safe procedures in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic the world is experiencing.

Nic was great. He explained everything and went above and beyond with his work on my AC unit. Ismael and his crew were amazing. They installed our new unit (in a hard to reach attic!) and left our home cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Abacus for any HVAC work.

Great company. Start to finish. I could tell that they know their stuff and were clean, polite and friendly. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing project, which will be a recirculating pump so I don't have to wait several minutes for the hot water to get all the way to the other end of the house to take a shower.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. They did this work for my home, not my business, but I'm too lazy to sign out and sign back in with my personal account, so this one it is.We had the nightmare scenario, a leaking pipe in our foundation. Called one highly rated plumber, they couldn't get out until the next day. Called these guys, luck of the draw they had a cancelation and could get someone out in an hour. They did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Was no fun to wake up and realize we have a slab leak that's gonna cost thousands of $ to fix, but these guys make it a much less painful process. The work was incredibly professional.And then they went above and beyond in helping us deal with our insurance. I needed a retroactive estimate breaking out different parts of the work and they cheerfully provided it without complaint. Then after the work was done I needed a final aggregated invoice, they again did that without issue even though it took a bit of their time on a job they'd already been paid for. Would've been easy to blow it off but they were super responsive.Great company, the crew on the ground was first rate and the support was terrific. These guys are now our first call for plumbing issues. You won't regret using them.
