Facing a late Saturday clog that was impacting the kitchen and laundry room. Called them. They answered with a live person. He took my information and told me he would call me when they had found an available plumber. A while later they called and said a plumber was located and is on the way. I swear as soon as I hung up the phone Stephen Lopez was at my door. And this guy knew his stuff. Attacked the problem through the laundry connection so as not to have to make a mess in the kitchen. Not only was Stephen knowledgeble he was also very friendly. Can't recommend AAA-Auger high enough nor Stephen. And seriously, for an after hours call it was very reasonable. All prices are printed in a book that was shown to me. While I hope to have minimum need for a plumber it is nice to know I have found a good one here in ATX.

I’ve used the services of Abel to Plumb about 3 or 4 times already. And each and every time my experience with Abel of Abel to Plumb has been great. He’s very professional and quick to respond. He assesses the problem, explains what’s involved and does an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue. Just today he came to repair my non working shower in my garage apt. Turns out the shower was clogged and thru careful work was able get it working again without having to get into the wall. Saving me lots of money. He’s very reasonable on pricing and is there to help the customer. He’s the best!!!

Ciao Plumbing contacted me promptly and came on the weekend to repair a shower cartridge leak that was worsening significantly. Their job was clean, fast, and they provided me with instructions and part references for future issues. The price was reasonable considering a visit during a weekend.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

After reading nothing but positive reviews on Nextdoor, I called Proven on a Wednesday for some repairs we needed. They scheduled me between 4p - 5p for the next day and said they would text me when they were on their way. They texted me as stated and were here before 5:00pm.They were upfront about everything giving me a complete estimate before doing any work. I accepted the estimate (VERY reasonable pricing) and had the repairs done on 2 toilets. Took them less than 30 minutes to complete both repairs. They did a great job and were extremely professional.Thanks Proven Plumbing! We will absolutely use you again in the future if needed. Our washer drain was clogged and a toilet water line was leaking. I called and was able to get a couple people to me the very next day. They were able to get the drain unclogged and replaced our toilet water line with no issues whatsoever. The price was very reasonable, very good experience all around. If we have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely use them again, A+

We had a gas outage due to the winter storm, and our gas company said we had to have a plumber to relight our water heater. We called all over the area and no one was able to come out due to the icy conditions. Then we got in touch with Davis Plumbing, and the plumber actually arrived before the gas company. Called Advanced Plumbing which was my first experience with them. I talked with Mike and he came out that morning. I had no hot water and he diagnosed why, very quickly. My water heater is in the attic and it was leaking. Thankfully the drip pan and the hose directing the water to leak outside was working properly. My water heater was not repairable. Mike explained everything very clearly to me and when my son called, he took the time to explain everything to him as well. Mike is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He replaced my water heater and had everything done that day around 4:00 which was beyond my expectations. Excellent company to work with.
