Eric & all the folks at ET Plumbing are awesome! We had 2 water heaters installed last year and they did a great job. Not only was Eric extremely responsive, but he was very transparent, honest about the scope of work, and reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend ET Plumbing and I know I will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I hired ET Plumbing to re-route a washer drain line for my new washer/dryer unit. Eric came out quickly and gave me a free estimate. Once his team got here to start the job (Bobby and Ace), there was thorough communication all along the way to make sure I knew where things stood. I also appreciated that Eric pulled the permit for the work when other plumbers told me they wouldn't -- or oddly, they'd pull a permit after the work was completed [insert side eye]. Today the inspector came out and commented on what a thorough job they did, so the guys came back out to close everything out.Definitely recommend ET Plumbing and would use them again. Not our first rodeo with ET Plumbing--and happy again. Seems as though the emergency plumbing call always needs to be made when 100's of others are making the same call. But ET Plumbing is quick to respond, asks for information before they come out, and so is prepared with the parts they need. Great group--great to work with and recommend without hesitation.

ET is extra-terrific! We've used ET several times and always been happy with the work but this time they provided truly exceptional service. In the middle of Austin's infrastructure meltdown, they got a crew to us despite power outages, downed trees, and traffic chaos. Bobby and Joe worked for hours to replace our dead water heater and save our floors from flooding. We live in an older house, so the jobs sometimes involve old iron pipe and decades of amateur plumbing, but ET always does the job with professionalism and quality. It doesn't hurt that they also have the coolest logo and website in the business. Absolutely recommend them.

ET Plumbing was very responsive and went out of their way to help me quickly with an out of control leak with our water heater. Was very impressed with their urgency and quality of work. Not that I want another plumbing issue but am looking forward to using them again!!

We had a leak in the wall behind our Fridge. These guys showed up the next morning. They were polite and helpful, explained what they saw and fixed, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also I feel like we got a very reasonable rate. Will certainly call them again.

Jon from ET Plumbing arrived on time!! Very professional while answering my 2000 questions and while my dogs were trying to get there journeyman certifications while he was working. As my house is older 1993ish, I needed all bathroom sinks (6- valves) replaced including outside faucet. Jon also check my water pressures and help test when my shower gets cold when my wife flushed the toilet. Some things cannot be fixed!! Thanks Jon and ET Plumbing... Will use again for sure..

Woke up today w water dripping from our bathroom ceiling.Everybody we called couldn’t get to it for a day or two, but ET was able to find a tech and were at my house within two hours of my call. Chris came in and fixed the pipe and was fine in about an hour.Extremely grateful for the promptness and quality.

The ET tech showed up at my house right on time. He was cordial and very professional. Understood the problem and determined a course of action. Repair was complete in about 1 hr. From my experience I recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We use ET Plumbing to replace leaking gas lines. They are very friendly and worked under some extreme conditions. We conifer not be more happy with their work!

ET has done great work for us on a number of occasions. Joe has been the tech sent out to us each time, and he's reviewed his past work to be sure that it's held up, which I took as a sign of his sincerity and pride in his work. They do great work at reasonable prices.

Eric arrived, very friendly & knowledgeable to diagnose water pressure problem. After a few tests running faucets & tub together with washing machine, he turned off the water softener and normal water pressure returned. Not a water heater issue but a water softener issue. His charges were reasonable for the time and effort he put in.

Called to get a quote, which was lower then most other places. Plus was able to schedule the needed service within the same day! Plumber was professional and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

Joe did a great job fixing an old pipe that had been leaking at my mother’s house. While he was only there to fix that leak, he identified other areas of concern and shut off the water to them to prevent further issues until I can get around to getting them fixed.And a special thanks to Eric for stopping by on short notice for a second opinion on a slab leak.Both gentlemen were very polite, respectful, and helpful.

Literally gave ET a try because of the reviews and am very happy that I did. Easy to work with, competitive pricing and knowledgable. It ran as smooth as could be hoped for and they will get another call the next time I have issues. My main water line PVC pipe cracked right at the ball valve and they made the fix and installed a Schedule 80 fitting, which should have been done by the last guy. I would suggest requesting JOE for any outdoor needs.

ET Plumbing has done an awesome plumbing installation job for us. Eric and his team are knowledgeable, genuine, trustworthy, and helpful. They adhered to their fair starting estimate, and the work was done well from the initial digging and laying of water and drainage lines, laying out hookups for toilet, sink, and shower, all the way up to the top-out. Their communication is great, sending text and email reminders before and after time spent on the job. The friendly calm demeanor of everyone on the team was a huge plus for us to work with. Eric and his crew are exceptional! Last weekend our aging water heater gasped its last, called him Monday morning and he was out that afternoon. We had questions since we wanted to upgrade from a gas tank to tankless. He answered all of our questions forthrightly and provided recommendations based on our follow up questions. His crew was out the very next day and installed our new tankless water heater that day, even hauled away the old heater and unused water softener system that had been languishing in the garage since we bought our home. Eric is responsive and ably prioritizes projects to address the most critical ones first. I have and will keep passing his number out to anyone mentioning they might need a plumber!

We noticed late on Sunday evening that our cols water valve to the washer was leaking...called several local businesses and left messages. ET Plumbing called us back almost immediately and gave us a quote and a time frame for arrival on Monday. They showed up 15 minutes early and completed the job quickly!!

I've had them out twice to help with some tricky toilet installs. Both times they had good availability to come out pretty quickly, did the work and left the area clean. The rate is extremely reasonable compared to other services I've used in the past.

Chris replaced the cartridge in both showers. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was concerned about getting the old cartridges out but he assured and made me feel confident in his abilities.

You don't need a plumber until you do. ET Plumbing is fast to respond and continually responsive in their communications. They are on time or early, or communicate with you if things need to change. If you shop around, you will find pricing is reasonable! There have been MANY great reviews written about ET Plumbing and I'm going to add mine. Eric Tracey came to my home and verified for me that the broken toilet flange I had was not going to get solved by replacement parts that I previously bought from the big box home store. A pipe also needed to be replaced and new concrete added, and I certainly did not have the expertise to do it myself. Eric's guys showed up and very professionally accomplished the work to be done, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would call E.T. Plumbing again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them!

I had a leak near the water meter at one of my properties, ET Plumbing came out, investigated quoted a very reasonable price to repair. Scheduled service the next day, came out did the repairs and stuck to their estimate. This was a very easy and painless procedure. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber. Five STAR Service!

Updating my review from a year ago because Eric just came back for some maintenance and was awesome, as always. We've trusted ET Plumbing for the past few years to help us with any plumbing issues, big or small, and they've always done a great job and treated us as valued customers. We hope to continue doing business with them for a long time!

It took awhile to get my project done but I was not on any hard and fast timeline and I know they have been busy since the Snowpocalypse. Eric was very good at communicating by email and text. His workers came out and finished the project under what Eric projected and did a good job. Very happy.

I called them to come out and give me an estimate. They came within 1 day and they arrived at the time they said they would. The guy was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. So helpful! Seemed genuine, loved his job, and personable. I will try an interim solution he suggested. If it doesn't work I will definitely call them. You need to give them a try. Loved the whole experience.

I have used ET Plumbing several times for a rental property. The work is ALWAYS done well and the company is easy to work with. We were very impressed with ET Plumbing. Our water heater went out during one of the final cold spells of this winter. Eric first tried to find parts to fix it to save us some money. When we figured out that was not an option, Eric and his team helped us find a decent water heater at a decent price and installed it promptly and quickly. We know who our plumber will be from now on.

Superb customer service! ET Plumbing is a company you can absolutely trust. Joe arrived right on time and worked through an unusual pipe problem (which, on thorough investigation, turned out not to be a leak) very methodically. ET had previously installed three vanities and had taken care of some minor issues, so I did not look elsewhere when I thought we had a leak. Following Joe's investigation, I have peace of mind.

Hired ET Plumbing based on recommendation from a realtor friend. Very professional, good communication, nice guys but very expensive. The guys switched out the street shutoff valve (which I had already excavated and had the part for them) and were done 20 minutes later. $350 in labor. I guess I paid the 78703 surcharge. To their credit they issued a $45 credit shortly after I complained but $305 is still pretty steep for 20 minutes of work. I would like to emphasize that they did good work and were professional.

We are very pleased with ET Plumbing from job estimate to finish of job. Eric and the crew were courteous and professional.They were meticulous in gaining access to a tight location with multiple fittings and piping needing replacement and replacing with top quality supplies. They even did a great job on replacing brick that needed to be removed for access.Great people to work with!

ET Plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber who was too busy to take our business. They answered the phone quickly and were able to be at my house within two hours and fixed everything quickly for us! We highly recommend!

ET was great! They were very professional, clear, and up front with what they could do for us. Basically, our tankless water heater didn't survive the big Winter storm and they came out to look at it, diagnosed the problem, and helped us find a unit in Austin as fast as possible. They fixed the issue in about a weeks time and followed up immediately to make sure we were satisfied with our service. Would definitely recommend them.

We were introduced to ET Plumbing through our General Contractor. We just moved to Austin. They came to reconfigure the new vanity in our master bathroom. They did a great job, very quick and clean. When we discovered the disposal was broken, we didn’t hesitate to call and have them do the job. They gave us 2 quotes. One where they provided the disposal, and another to install a disposal we provide. We decided to have ET Plumbing provide and install the disposal. Again, prompt, quick and clean. They even came back the next day when the disposal stopped working. We inadvertently shut the power off to the disposal under the sink(2 switches, go figure). No charge. Very happy!!

Well, I have to agree with you all, Eric is the most friendly professional I've ever dealt with. His communication before and during the appointment were great. I knew when he'd be here and I wasn't left waiting. He took care in his work and left my place nice and clean. On top of all of that he's an animal lover and was amazing with my pets :)

ET Plumbing was fantastic. They were able to replace my PRV and homeowners water shutoff valve within two days of my call. I called and left a message on Wednesday. They called back within an hour and scheduled a visit for Thursday. ET Showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. I have used ET plumbing twice now. Once for a new water heater and the other time to fix the gas fireplace lighter. Both times everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional.They show up on time, they do a good job, and they charge a fair price. Can’t ask for more than that. They also have a nice automated scheduling system, where you receive a confirming email for your appointment, as well as text and email reminders as the appointment draws near.

I have had very good experiences with ET Plumbing. Initially they did a tank rebuild on 3 toilets and did a great job. The 2nd repair I had them out to fix what initially was thought to be an irrigation repair. Eric realized that it was something else and found that it was my water regulator so instead of 8 irrigation head that were thought to be broken, only 2 needed to be repaired. Eric and his team did a wonderful job repairing my plumbing problems and I would highly recommend them.

We needed a plumber to take a look at a leaky spigot at our home and ET Plumbing gave us arguably the best quote (seriously, others were seemingly running up their estimates). I managed to speak with Eric to schedule an appointment and appreciated his very quick response. Getting everything ironed out was smooth. Christie was wonderful and even helped check on an error of mine regarding online payment (don't press 'Back' before getting confirmation it processed! lol)Though they showed a bit late due to an emergency call they had to take, I was very understanding and they more than made up for it with great service and doing great work replacing the spigot. Eric and ET plumbing were great. We needed a gas line installed in our house to switch our oven from electric to gas. They were timely and communicated well always. Work was done well too. This is the type of service you can trust.

Eric diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and then arranged for a different plumber to pick up the part and come install it the next day. Our water heater was a brand he was not confident working on but he k we another plumber who could fix it. Eric didn't charge me for the time and effort he put in. The other plumber did a fantastic job on installing the part. Love seeing business men who work together and know their abilities.

ET Plumbing saved the day, again! A few years ago we had a major event and we needed help fast. Eric and his crew came out the same day and took care of it. Last week, when we needed a plumber again, we had no hesitation about who to call. Again, the work was done very well. It's comforting to know that you have a person to call when you need work done in your house...worth its weight in gold!

Eric is a master plumber. His work is deliberate, thorough and fairly priced. No extraneous jacked up charges. ET Plumbing shows up on time and finishes on short order. My job order was for a replacement hose bib. I have several more plumbing projects that I want to complete within a month or two and I’m going to contact ET plumbing again to complete those projects.

ET Plumbing replaced both water shut-off valves for our kitchen sink (this was required prior to a new dishwasher install). The original valves were from 1993 and had virtually no clearance to the cabinet back wall. ET provided excellent communications as far as scheduling the appointment, and on the day of service with a heads up prior to arrival. After arrival clearly described exactly what the fix would entail. The cost was reasonable and the finished product was spot on. We've done business with Eric several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future - it's nice to have a plumber that we completely trust!

These guys came with good references and they all proved true. Eric does a great job to make himself accessible to his customers. He welcomes full communications. The work is done professionally and they worked well with me and all my questions and requests. I've since referred them to a friend who also had a good experience.

ET Plumbing did a great job making some plumbing repairs for us. I really appreciated that they text/email you to confirm the appointment, text you when they are on their way, and then text you afterwards. They showed up on time and delivered what was promised. They aren't the least expensive plumber we have used in the past, but I don't mind paying a little extra for someone who shows up on time, is reliable, and delivers great service.

Eric and Joe at ET Plumbing were wonderful. We needed our kitchen sink plumbing adjusted, and they were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

The follow up and follow through from Eric was fantastic. I would rated this review 5 stars if it was not for a couple of hiccups. The tank to my commode wasn't filling nor was the bowl. Eric's guys had to run a snake which helped to resolve the issue for awhile at least. Unfortunately the snake line scratched the porcelain so I had to call the guys back to fix it. Eric made it a priority for that issue to get resolved in the same day. They did and I was pleased with the outcome. After a few weeks I don't think the commode issue is resolved so I have to call them to check it out again. The work is guaranteed for 30 days thank goodness so I am confident Eric will make it right.

Eric sent his best crew to a job with a high-end customer. They were on-time, polite, professional, and easy to work with. I need contractors who treat my customers with respect and respond to my calls. Eric and his team succeeded on both fronts.

Very responsive, and the price was reasonable. We went for the Bradford water heater. They were unable to come to the appointment, but they let me know well ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to make it.On the scheduled day they came on time and the installation was done within a couple of hours.Would definitely recommend.

This family-run plumbing business is marvelous. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They listen to your job needs and follow through with reasonable time and cost estimates. In addition, they stay in communication throughout the duration of the job by text, email and phone. I have been trading with ET for several years and would not consider hiring any other plumber.

This was the second time we used ET Plumbing for some work at our house. The first time was a few months back for a clog and our usual go-to-guy wasn't available and recommended Eric and crew. That ended up being an excellent recommendation as we will always check with ET first for any project.Eric came out today and fixed a busted pipe that caused us to have to turn off the water to our place. Eric was knowledgeable, timely, courteous and above all someone trustworthy. I'd let him have a key to my house to do work if a) my dog wouldn't try to eat him, and b) I wasn't curious about the process of it all. Excellent company! Fabulous experience with some major leaks in my rental house. Efficient and easy to communicate, clear information given on appointments, repairs and costs. And to top it off, Eric, the owner, is a very nice and polite human being. I never thought I would put fabulous and plumbing issues in the same sentence but here it is!

Eric and his team was referred to us by a contractor (Yankee Handyman John M) we have a long standing relationship with, so we trusted his recommendation. The job was a mini remodel of our oversized Master Shower to install a separate overhead rain showerhead and wand system. The work was done to our expectations and can't wait for the caulk to dry so we can break it in. (Will be ready to go tomorrow AM). The team was a pleasure to work with ! Offered a free inspection and had everything installed within a week. The communication from beginning to end was fantastic! Bobby and his helper arrived on time and were courteous and quick to install. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber!!

Based on a friend's recommendation, I contacted Eric's plumbing service. A supplier delivered a new commode last Friday, and Eric's guys were here the very next business day to install it for me. Bobby and his assistant showed up at the appointed time, both wearing gloves and COVID-19 masks for safety. They did a professional installation job, taking care to put down a floor covering before starting their work and cleaning the entire area when they finished. And the charges were exactly what I was told to expect. I'll call ET Plumbing again, when the need arises.

Outstanding service by really nice guys! We needed a hydrostatic pressure test done before getting our foundation fixed (in order to rule out a possible plumbing leak under the slab causing the foundation issues). These guys got the job not only on their schedule, but the job was done in less than 24 hours of my call! It’s also important to feel good about the service providers you have in your home around your kids (We homeschool.). These guys are great! Don’t hesitate to have these guys in your home to solve your plumbing problems. They’re more than qualified, and they’re quality people!

I had Eric come out a few times to give free estimates for both tankless and tank water heater installation. Each time he was patient, thorough and provided reasonable prices. Mine was a difficult job due to the placement of the old water heater - in the attic behind a huge HVAC system with a narrow walkway and entrance. His crew worked efficiently to get the job done right without a complaint. They even hauled away an extra tank that was dead weight. I can’t thank them enough! 10 stars.

I needed a new gas valve for my water heater. After making the request, Eric asked for pictures so he had the parts he would need when he arrived. Eric was super friendly and shared lots of information with me while working. He had all the parts needed just from the pictures and was able to knock everything out super fast.

We are huge fans of ET Plumbing. Eric has really creative solutions for some tricky plumbing issues in our older home with cast iron plumbing. Everybody is super nice and honest and we can always count on them.

Had a ceiling leak due to a bathroom on the second story. Called ET Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the next day to come give an estimate, and were able to fix it that same afternoon. This was during Covid, and they came and wore booties on their shoes and also face masks. The price was fair and the work was good. Def recommend!

Without a doubt, I've just experienced (10-16-19) a magnificently completed turn-key project that included flushing my water heater (only after determining that it never needed replacing as another plumber believed that it did); replacing a practically dead PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) that I had no idea was broken and was determined to be actually causing most of my horrible water issues); and removal and replacement of a beautiful new Kohler commode and matching handle--all costing about half of what I would have paid had I gone with the other plumber. It was accomplished by two very kind, supremely capable, and thorough pros--Bobby and Brendon.This is my first, but in no way last experience with ET Plumbing... Eric Tracey is the fantastic owner and Master Plumber who I immediately liked and was impressed with the moment I met him. His passion for what he does along with his wonderful and serious work ethic amazes me! I've literally FOUND my permanent plumbers for life! I called on a Friday morning and they scheduled someone between 2-4. They were on time and very nice. They came out to identify a water leak from my shower. Ran one test to see if it was the pipes and then a shower pan test. Took less than an hour. Did nor repair anything as it should be the remodelers to fix since it was the shower pan. But I did think it was expensive at $250 for what they did.

I called thinking it was a much worse (expensive) problem. Eric and Joe arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I've used ET. The last time was when I lived in Georgetown about nine years ago. Always responsive and reasonable. I will continue to use ET for my plumbing needs.

The toilet had some grey residue in the water. My theory was a gasket was disintegrating, so I went to Lowes for a new kit. Christy and the staff kept me posted on the arrival time. Bobby and his partner showed up. Fixed the issue and gave me tips to use for the rest of the project. Quick, clean and resonable.

The guys came over and installed my gas fireplace kit. They changed my wood burning fireplace to gas. It looks great! They also looked at my tankless water heater and gave some options for fixing that. We will have them come back to fix that too. Highly recommend

Eric Tracey of E.T. Plumbing was referred by a top rated plumbing company as excellent and one that does work for older homes; mine 1940 with 1960 addition, pre 1970 builds not done by other company. Eric responded quickly to my call regarding installation of 2 new toilets; he sent me the Home Depot (closer to my home) link for the recommended toilets, gave the reasonable installation cost with instructions to have items picked up by E.T. Plumbing to deliver and install at my home. I called on a Friday and Kohler Cimarron toilets were installed on the following Monday.Bobby with assistant Brandon arrived on time. Both wore face masks (pandemic appropriate protection and distancing). Their work was efficient and professional.Eric’s recommendation of the Kohler product and Bobby’s installation gave me two toilets that flush with significantly greater effectiveness and less water usage than my aged toilets.I would recommend and hire E.T. for future work.

Just had a great experience with these guys and had to share...I live in a '70s-era house, and the shower diverter in one of my bathrooms finally gave out. Got all YouTubed up to fix it myself, but couldn't even get the dang ol' knob off. Was in a bind 'cause I'm expecting out-of-town company. My regular plumber couldn't work me in soon enough, so he recommended ET. The job took him about 15 minutes from start to finish, and afterwards, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the parts & labor costs so I knew exactly what I was paying for.I would not hesitate to use Eric again, nor to recommend him highly to anyone looking for a straight-shooting, responsive, reasonable, and downright likable plumber.
