Best Water Softener System in Austin TX

Our service man Kyle did a great job. Very professional and explained everything upfront. The job on our shower was impeccable. We are very satisfied with their work and they are our plumbers of choice.

We are related homeowners and apparently there was an issue of extreme grease build-up in the pipe which led to backups and clogging in kitchen sink. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to hydrojet our pipes taking care of the problem. We had 3 other plumbers come out before and the last 1 recommend Rooterman! Very pleased with the service

Mathew was a really great guy. He showed me my options and took the time to explain services I could do and how much it would all cost when done. He didn't loose patience with me and finished his job in a fast manner. I only wish he could have fixed my water meter but that apparently is my managers responsibility. I will definitely be calling these people in a year when I decide to replace a part in my water heater that he suggested I get replaced every 4-5 years of use in my water heater.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

I engaged Mr. Rooter to replace two toilets and flush the hot water heater they installed 3 years ago. They advised me then that it should be flushed out every year but those 3 years went by quickly. Obviously I've used Mr. Rooter before and will again. They arrive on schedule and are very respectful of my home. The plumber they sent this time was very efficient and was able to show me the deposits he flushed out of the water heater - so I won't be letting that go for another 3 years. Installing new toilets is a messy job - but when he left my home you would never have known he'd been there. Thanks for making it easy for me.

I was referred to Plumb Masters by another company and boy I’m I glad they did. PM was the 4th company that I had come out. Each previous company was unreliable, unprofessional, or downright dishonest. From the the scheduling to the onsite visit with PM they were extremely pleasant and professional. Cody and Robert were 2 of the best service guys I have dealt with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, informative and just plain good guys. They were able to fix my clog and make some additional recommendations. I later called and spoke with Mark, the owner, and it became abundantly clear why dealing with Cody and Robert was such a great experience. Mark took the time to explain a few things and answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone who has plumbing problems to give Plumb Masters a call.

I had started using the texting part of your business. I liked this feature quick, and painless. What problem I had was the time I was given for the appointment was never put in the system. I know things happen I get that. What makes them stand apart from other places is that I only used the text again to rectify the problem. This time they got me on schedule. Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.
