I’ve used Daniel’s Plumbing before, and they’ve always been up front with me. If they couldn’t fix the issue, they would at least inform me of possible fixes or workarounds that I myself could do or refer me to someone else.Cleveland was no different. What I assumed was one issue were actually two separate unrelated issues in the plumbing. He was able to fix one of the issues (a kitchen sink clogging), but the slow seepage on my kitchen floor was coming from another source. Since this involved another type of specialist — leak detection (Cleveland specializes in drainage), he simply gave me recommendations. He also informed me this may be an HOA issue since the pipes are in-between the walls. Whether the HOA pays for this or not I still appreciate this level of courtesy in helping me solve my plumbing (and financial) issues. Cleveland also noted potential downsides and risks associated with his recommendations. Again, very straightforward and transparent.All-in-all another satisfying experience with Daniel’s Plumbing. I highly recommend them, and although some of the work was outside the scope of the original job they were still able to leave good recommendations and a good impression.

I'm suitably impressed by the quality of Mr. Rooter's work. Not perfect, but pretty darn good. I'd give them a big thumbs up, they deserve to sit at the same table as Austin's other great plumbers.

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. Jon Day was the calmest, most proficient, skilled plumber I’ve met to date. I have an aqua-thermal system & he was able to articulate the issue in a way I was able to understand completely. He was called out for one problem but, with his calm demeanor he was able to tackle the major problem I was experiencing. My situation required authorization from American Home Shield & Jon was able to provide the complete diagnosis & exactly what parts were needed to resolve the issue to include replacing the entire water heater. As a female home owner it is often expected that we don’t know the issue however, Jon allowed me to explain in detail & advise how we could proceed. I’m grateful for his knowledge & through work ethnic. I highly recommend him for further plumbing issues. Thanks Jon!

We will be customers for life.Our very first home purchase came with a host of air conditioning and electrical issues, and Fox Service Company made our little home livable! Although they were not the lowest bid, we chose Fox Service Company to do the work because they were friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us clearly, and as many times as we needed. They also gave us two estimates: a Must-Do Now list, as well as a When You Can Afford Everything list. We found it very helpful in deciding how to allocate our limited budget, as well as how to plan for future upgrades. There were no hard sell tactics, and we received their enthusiastic support whenever we decided to choose a less-expensive option.For some reason, the air conditioning unit had originally been placed on the roof (by another company), which was not designed to hold its weight. Fox moved the unit safely to the ground, and re-worked our entire A/C duct system to make it more efficient and save us money. They also handled our weatherization, which included removing the old attic insulation and blowing in new, better stuff, installing custom-fit solar screens all around the house, and taking care of all window and door drafts to make our little home air-tight. They also handled ALL the paperwork to ensure we got the maximum rebates from Austin Energy, and they did not charge us until after the energy inpection.We received the same stellar service from Fox's electricians. They re-wired the garage and parts of the house to bring it up to code, and let us know which repairs were urgent, and what we could postpone until we could afford it.The real upside of choosing a company that doesn't charge rock-bottom prices is that when they discovered unexpected problems (and there were many!), they didn't stop working to contact us and negotiate a few more dollars out of us. They just fixed the problem and kept right on working. Because we had a firm move-in date, they worked overtime for several days, including once until 2am! And then they actually apologized for working so late!Our new-to-us little house got us through the Central Texas summer in comfort, thanks to Fox Service Company. We never turned off the A/C, but we still have lower-than-average electric bills, and we got a fat rebate check from Austin Energy on top of it all! We don't worry about finding more problems in our older house, because we know exactly who to call when we do.We will be forever grateful to supervisor Brandon Robinson, weatherization techs Chris, Juan, and Roy, and installation technicians Miguel and Obidiah, as well as the electricians, Joshua and Cary. And we will definitely be using Fox Service Company when we're ready to do our renovations!

They do ok work. The value is minus 0. They'll install a $10 part for $1000. Laughable.

Ricky was amazing. He came to our house in the middle of the night to fix our AC. He was professional, informative and quick. I can’t say enough good things about Ricky and ARS.

I have had nothing but great service over the years from Elite. They did not install my system but I wish they had, as they wouldn't have all the maintenance issues we are dealing with. They have come through in a very big way for us when we needed emergency assistance, bringing newborn home from the hospital and no A/C! Great service!
