Had to continue to have them out to my home to repair a gas leak.They has several issues trying to get the leak rpaired, and still I cannot use my range because everytime I turn it on, gas fumes fill my home.They stated that they lighted the hot water heater, but did not! They did not want to come back and work with the gas supplier, so that all the appliances that use gas could be re-lighted at the same time. They wanted me to do their handy work. I was lost. I paid them $800.00, and stil cannot use my range.

Kind staff and an honest plumber. Benjamin communicated with me regularly and was transparent, professional, patient and even willing to pick up the Home Depot order. I will use Benjamin for every plumbing issue in the future. I’m so relieved to have found a trustworthy plumber who is also a super nice guy.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

I’m super glad I discovered Al Mac plumbing. Me and my wife were smelling sewer gas in our house that we just purchased last month. The house we bought is an older house from the early 70s. The previous owner had it renovated before they sold it to us. Well I’ll cut to the chase now ?. We had Al and his apprentice Dessie show up and they offered to perform a smoke bomb test. At first I was like, did you just say Bomb?. Al said it’s not an actual bomb, it’s a smoke candle that he will light and put in my drain pipe. Well I said sounds pretty cool, I’m in. Well after Al did the smoke test, he discovered that I had an open piece of pipe behind my toilet in the master bathroom. Al had to pull my toilet and cut the sheetrock behind the toilet to find the pipe. Al capped the open pipe and haven’t smelled sewer gases since. Just thankful Al and Dessie could fix that in a timely manner.

Rudy arrived and was very professional and friendly. Always wore his mask and shoe covers. He explained what he was doing and gave a solid price on the parts needed to be replaced. After replacing the parts my furnace works like brand new. Rudy is HIGHLY recommended to everyone. Abacus is now my ONLY a/c repair company. If I ever need any of the other services that they provide, I will call them without hesitation. A truly SUPERB company

The A-team......Glass, Ernesto, Javier and George were at my house for 9 hours Wednesday installing 2 new AC units. My lot is very steep and they had to haul a 5 ton unit and a 3 ton unit...the old ones out and the new ones in. Kept their heads down and got it all done very satisfactorily.They all deserve a raise.....great representatives for the Company
