A surprise at 8:30 pm last night when a 20 year old tree root broke the water supply line to our home. Contacted S&D at 7:30 am today, Jorge arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional and courteous. Pin pointed and fixed the break, tested for completeness and filled the hole in our yard. S&D was communicative during the whole process. Really pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend! Thank you Jorge!!!

Worked with Ray who fixed up our kitchen sink pipes and was a pleasure to meet.Here's my real review. I was forced to give a review on the spot in order to get a $25 discount before even knowing if the work was good. I feel sick to my stomach with the amount they charged me for just unclogging a pipe. It was not a pleasure and I will not be using this company again.

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

Excellent service! Sean is a master plumber and was able to solve my long term water pressure problem with a systematic approach. He and his fellow plumber, Michael, were able to diagnose and fix the problem where 4 other plumbers could not!

I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

John was my Technician and exceeded my expectations during my appointment today. First, he was able to come earlier than scheduled which really worked better for my schedule today. He was professional, answered all of my questions before starting his work and completed the job in less than 30 minutes! One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with the service.

2 weeks ago our AC stopped working and Efficient came and replaced a coil, the very next week the heater would not turn on (only in Texas need both working at once) and they came back and quickly solved the problem with letting me know all of my options and giving me realistic expectations of the wear of our unit without me feeling like I was getting sold or pressured to replace it. Brian and Justin were very kind and helpful, I felt like they had my best interest in mind. And true to the name, they were efficient workers and our heater was back up and running again in no time! Will definitely be using them again when we have needs in the future.

My daughter found Reliant Plumbing three years ago and JB was responsive, quick, and good. I was pleased with their service then and this time is no different. Dallas came out exactly when I was told he would be there. He explained the issue thoroughly to me and offered three ways that my problem could be remedied. He kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with Dallas and Reliant. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Also, the ladies who run the office are quick, responsive, and actually care about me as a person and not a person on the end of the phone. I was very grateful for Brooke. We called Plumb & Order after receiving a hefty quote from another company to fix our slab leak. The other company came over and narrowed down the leak to the kitchen for almost $500 (at this point no repair work has been done), then they told me to cut the sheetrock and rerouting the pipe will cost around $5000.I was shocked and called Plumb & Order, they scheduled an appointment for the next day, Wyatt and his crew showed up on time, and get right into working. They found out there is an abandoned, under the slab pipe still connected to our water heater which is causing the leak. Btw, they used the Thermal Camera to find it (which the other company didn't even bother to check). Then, they quickly came up with a plan to reroute the pipe and fixed the issue with minimum damage to our dry wall.After the work is done, they also helped us fixing the broken vent pipe which is located in a really tight space in the attic. They did it quickly and professionally.They finished all the work before noon and left the site clean and tidy. We are more than impressed to work with Plumb & Order, and we will be sure to go back to them for future works.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.
