I worked with Fox as part of the Austin Energy efficiency program. From start to finish they did an excellent job not only with the work performed, but also with guiding me and being there throughout the whole process. The gentlemen that did the work, Juan, Rick, and Sebastian exemplified professionalism and courtesy. They performed the work with care and diligence working almost 12 hour days. As well, they took pride in their work and cleaned everything with each visit to the point where one couldn't even tell we were having work done. Lastly, Joseph supervised everything to a T and always communicated with me so I knew exactly what was to happen and expect. I can not recommend these guys enough. A great team and a great company.

John replaced the broken 50amp circuit breaker at the outdoor sub-panel and in minutes had the A/C blowing cold air on first and second floors! I'm not one to write reviews, but this time I feel it is warranted. I was without water, due to my plumbing attempt at fixing a leak in the inlet line to a toilet tank. Neighborhood came out as a first stop, and did an excellent job in replacing the elbow fixture. Chris was very patient with an extremely stubborn, original elbow, that did not want to come off. His patience saved us from a bill that would have been considerably more, had the elbow been cut off. Thank you Chris, and Neighborhood Plumbing. Very professional and fast

I contacted Austen Plumbing in the morning, and by the afternoon I had (long awaited) hot water coming from my kitchen sink. Sediment and other things were keeping the hot water from spilling out of the tap, and all was fixed in a timely manner. And things were explained quite thoroughly. I highly recommend Austen and his staff. Bravo.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Got us back up and running as quickly as they could. Took a couple of trips, but system was having multiple failures and we called for weekend help so parts had to be ordered and arrived the following Monday. Everything running like a champ now!

Outside of AT&T, quite possibly the worst customer service you will ever experience. My story is far too long for a review but do know, I don't review lightly and this review is strictly to warn others and encourage them to source alternatives. It's like they didn't even want the job. Then I talked to other alternatives and they proceeded to list a litany of situations this company has screwed over others. It's laughable guys. Run!
