Mathew was a really great guy. He showed me my options and took the time to explain services I could do and how much it would all cost when done. He didn't loose patience with me and finished his job in a fast manner. I only wish he could have fixed my water meter but that apparently is my managers responsibility. I will definitely be calling these people in a year when I decide to replace a part in my water heater that he suggested I get replaced every 4-5 years of use in my water heater.

Service do bad to the point we had several thousand in damage after daily and hourly promises they were in route at least they called after the target time to say they can't make it ...it took 5 days and a explosive phone call to get a poor response and two follow upcalls because of poor communication. Shannon and Chad should be fired very poor service the word professionals will never be in any sentence with there names,,,ever

Joe and Brian did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. From start to finish--we were given a detailed estimate, they arrived on time, cleaned up as they went along, and took care of everything with expertise and professionalism. Also, Jennifer and Tara at the office were very polite and helpful. Absolutely recommend Plumb Masters for your plumbing needs.

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.

I had a water spigot supply line pipe break inside the wall of the home. i called neighborhood plumbing and they dispatched a truly professional plumber to my location right away. It was not an easy fix, yet they made it seam as if it was not a problem working in such a tight spot. The guys made it out with short notice for a job that was too big for a one man job. Had the leak detected and was off the water main and caused huge water bills for a few months. The leak was not easy to find and a full foot deeper than the water line should have been. They dealt with the rock and debris and put in a fix that is much better than what broke and caused the leak. Super nice, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.
