Requested an appointment online which was very convenient and simple to do. Our plumber Luke arrived on time and repaired all my problems. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and cleaned up the work area when finished in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use Economy Plumbing in the future.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

Had an appointment today between 10-12pm and they never showed. An hour after that window closed I called and Karen left me on hold for 20 min. My time is just as important as yours so needless to say I’ll never use your company again.

Needed to have a 26KW Briggs and Straton home standby generator installed. After getting a few plumbing quotes Jeff with Thunderbird Plumbing came out on top. His team showed up early and went straight to work despite some rainfall. It was a small workforce there to lay a gas line from the home to the generator. These guys were a digging machine and the entire job was completed in 5 hours. They laid down tarps to capture the soil then carefully cut the sod. They hand dug a 45 foot long, two foot deep trench. They laid the poly pipe, labeled for safety then connected cutoff and pressure controls on each end. Then installed the battery and test ran the generator. Purred like a kitten. They watered in and tamped down the loose soil as they filled the trench. Won't be long until your won't even be able to tell they did anything in the back yard. His team comes highly recommended! Thank you Jeff I know where to go when I need some plumbing assistance.

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, quality and very reasonable fees. Hired Good Flow Plumbing to do a camera inspection of a sewer line when buying a home. Once on site, I found out that their snake with recording capability was broken, so they didn't provide me with a video of the snaking. In an email reply after the fact, they told me recordings are only done if requested ahead of time but I was never offered that option even though it is normal to provide evidence of the sewer line inspection...Luckily my realtor was there and recorded a video of the screen with her phone. We also didn't receive a report for the inspection either. Just an invoice with 3 sentences describing what they saw on the camera.Would not hire again.

In property management, knowing exactly who to call when something goes wrong is such an advantage. Alex was easy to coordinate with, professional, knowledgeable, ON TIME and did solid work. i know that i will absolutely be hiring him

Daniel Moreno was visiting a neighbor but was kind enough to hear my complaint in passing about another AC company that said that I needed an entirely new system ($10,000 worth) even though my house was just built 5-6years ago. He came into my home, checked a couple of things, hosed off my outdoor unit, and was able to give me some useful advise - all without an appointment. I thought that said a lot about his and Abacus. I also notice that they specialized in the brand of HVAC system that was in my home. He gave me his card in case my unit continued to act up. About a week later, I called and Abacus sent me Frank. Frank taught me a few things about my unit, and diagnosed it with a part that was $1500.00 instead, which of course, I was happy to pay since it was no where near the $10K assessment someone else gave me. Frank was unable to fix it that day since the part was on order. In a few days, they sent me Shane. Shane was able to teach me a bit more about my unit and installed the part for me. The unit started functioning and testing exactly how it was supposed to. I really appreciated them listening to my entire story, asking great follow up questions, and actually solving the problem instead of giving me no options besides replacing the entire HVAC system. I have used Cold Is On The Right and cannot say enough good things about them. They found and repaired a plumbing leak in my house that other plumbing companies could not repair and actually made worse. This particular problem eluded a couple of other plumbing companies for nearly 12 years. Even a leak detection company from San Antonio could not find the problem. I also had several problems with burst pipes after the Feb/Austin freeze. They came out multiple times and were very prompt. They are the one of the best companies (of any type) that I have ever dealt with. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and always come when they say they will. I highly recommend this company!
