Had Duhon Electric out to my house earlier this week to troubleshoot/solve a sporadic electrical issue which resulted from recents storms. William was able to work me in between appointments and quickly found and fixed the problem. Duhon’s quick response and resolution was critical as I was expecting a houseful of company. Today and Alec were the best - professional, personable and informative. Alec is an apprentice electrician and I observed how Cody interacted with him, teaching him on several different occasions. Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

When my outdoor sub panel unexpectedly burned out Abacus sent an electrician the next day to diagnose the problem and provide a free quote to fix the problem. They were back the very next day to replace the panel and kept me informed the whole time. When I had a problem with a breaker on the same panel flipping about a week after the same electrician who installed the panel, Brad, came back out quickly and was very helpful and professional; double checking all the wiring up to the appliance attached to the breaker.
