When Darius and Jake arrived, I was standing on the ledge with my razor blades in hand about to jump. They talked me off the ledge and told me to put down the razor blades and step away from the ledge, everything was going to be all right. I had been up till 11:00 the night before cleaning up a flooded bathroom. I had seen S&D Plumbing in my neighborhood doing big jobs of replacing cast iron pipes and those that used them seemed happy with the results. I was on the phone at 7:00 am booking an appointment. From the time that they arrived till they left it was a pleasure. They were professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problems and will be working with my insurance company to rectify the long term solution. They fixed the immediate issue and diagnosed the cause of the issue that will take replacing my cast iron pipes. I feel totally confident going forward with the necessary solutions. I have not had good experience with plumbers in the past and are always skeptical of plumbers. I always feel that they want to do more than is really necessary. Not with these guys. They just wanted to diagnose and give me what was necessary.

I had Don come in to check my washing machine leakage cuz the handyman who did it did it in a rush and missed parts. Don was professional and answered all my questions. It was a positive experience.

Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

These guys are great. Dennis, who I now ask for by name, is fast, efficient and cheerful. He fixes my problems with a minimum of drama and expense. I once had a plumber say I needed a new $3500 sewer line. I got a second opinion from Johnny Rooter/Dennis and he fixed my problem for $125. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks for being good at what you do all the while being pleasant and very affordable.

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

We recently lost both of our water heaters to old age. We reached out to Cold is On the Right Plumbing, who we have been using for our plumbing needs. They were quick to come out and quote multiple options to replace our water heaters with the traditional tank type heaters to upgrading to a tankless. We took the leap and went tankless, but were very disappointed in the 2 minutes it was taking for hot water to show up at the faucet. Cold is On the Right quickly sent out Bren and Jake to resolve the issue. I want to give a big shout out to Bren for his relentless pursuit of the issue and Jake for backing him up every step of the way. I highly recommend Cold is On the Right for their outstanding customer service.
