I have a been a loyal customer for many years due to their reliable, friendly and outstanding service. I have had faucets repaired, water heater service and installed and a new tankless water heater and gas line installed. Every time I have needed a plumber they have been able to provide dependable service.

Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

We suspected a leak in our water heater. David came by to our place pretty quickly after us reaching out to the company, he gave a quick and thorough look and explained to us what might have been going on, why it may be going on and what we can do to prevent it from happening. He was very pleasant and cheerful to work with and talk to and clearly knew really well what he was looking at. Thanks David! We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Zachary was amazing! He was punctual and professional through and through. He came to do our leak inspection and was the most professional plumber I have yet to meet. Besides the fact that Austin Plumbery is owned by a woman, I can’t say enough about the professionalism and seamless experience I had with the business as a whole. Abraham always shows up on time for HVAC, and he is very courteous and thorough.Javier replaced a water heater and was very honest and upfront. Water heater was repleced the next day after accessing the situation. He was very courteous and prompt.

Bradley let me observe and ask questions about every step of his diagnostic process when my AC stopped working. He was very friendly and informative. l felt comfortable with him in my home, learned a lot about AC units, and now have working AC so it’s a 10/10 from me.

So two days before family is scheduled to show up at our new house for Thanksgiving, we spring a leak in a cooper pipe going to our hot water system. So I call Cold Is On The Right at 4:30 in the afternoon, luckily they have two plumbers, Jimmie & Jake, that just completed another job so they sent them right over. They were at my house by 5 and wasted no time getting to work. Jimmie and Jake were polite, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They had the pipe replaced and the system back up and running by 6. Amazing!! I will be using Cold Is On The Right again.

Didn't hire them; cannot review or recommend them. Google required choosing some number of stars to post this. I choose 1 star, deleted what I typed. Tried to delete star. Couldn't. That star means exactly nothing.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

Ben and team helped with a hydrostatic and isolation tests. They were on time and very professional. Ben spent time answering our questions and addressing our concerns.

I liked the tech, Peter, the moment I opened the door. He had a smile on his face, introduced himself, and said what he was here to do. He then proceeded with his business. He was thorough; tested all my smoke and CO alarms for proper functioning, and offered advice on how to save some money on heating and cooling. When he finished he told me what he did and asked if I had any questions.
