Came quickly and on time. No service charge. Person who stopped by, Sean, incredibly courteous. Pricing I thought was steep. Quote was $350 -$470 (without/with parts) to remove and check a tub faucet which would take him 30-60 minutes based on his estimate. I declined the service based on pricing. Economy” plumbing not incredibly economic

Alex was great! In spite of the 30° and sleeting weather, he removed my old, leaky, dirty 40 gallon water heater from my kitchen and installed a shiny new tankless water heater outside. I had hot water the same day! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He cleaned up all the debris and didn’t leave any trash in my yard or house. He answered some random plumbing questions for me too.Desmond was great as well. He installed an owners cut off valve for me and also helped address the water pressure issue. He worked outside in 30° weather as well. He painted the cover for my cut off valve cover blue, so I wouldn’t get it confused with my neighbor’s.I very much appreciate the service I received. I would definitely call them again. These guys really are plumbing wizards!

Abacus was the only company that I could find on the first Monday after the weekend freeze and power loss. Our old electric water heater no longer worked and was badly leaking in the attic. Abacus came right out, turned off the electricity and water at the heater, drained it, and gave me a fixed estimate to replace it with a new heater and install a relief valve and local circuit breaker as required by city code--the attic location was very difficult to reach and required removal of an attic stair and frame and cutting water pipes for access and removal. They supplied a great carpenter to do that job. On the next day that I was at home (on Friday of that week) two installation plumbers and the carpenter arrived and worked hard for most of the day. Everything is working; they managed to avoid damaging anything (lots of pipes and wires in the way in the attic), and they kept every thing clean. The price was exactly as quoted, not cheap, but reasonable for all the work they did. Here are my only minor irritations: First, on Monday I was told that the labor to shut down the old water heater would be credited on the final price (no extra charge for day one) only if I agreed right then to the full job. I thought that was a tacky business practice, and the plumber was embarrassed to report this pricing decision from his boss. Second, the Friday workers, who had been professional, efficient, courteous, and neat the entire day, failed to attend to some minor things at the end that would have taken only five minutes to clean up and leave a lasting impression of professional quality: (1) the attic door was not left fully seated in closed position, and when I went into the attic to check, they had left the attic light on; (2) the manhole cover (very heavy) was opened to reveal the water meter and cutoff valve, but was not replaced; (3) the circuit breaker box in our garage was left open; and (4) the garden hose (used to test water cutoff) was left uncoiled on the lawn. These are all minor things that literally could have taken attention to detail for just five minutes at the end. This kind of thing could leave one wondering if there were other loose ends that I don't know about--but I think everything is fine. Overall, though, I am very satisfied with them after having initially been suspicious only because I was randomly calling plumbers from the internet after every plumber that had been recommended to me was unable to respond to my emergency call. Now, I would have no hesitation in using Abacus again.

I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

Our AC went out in July. It's over 100 outside so we needed our AC fixed asap. Of course it broke on a Sunday so we couldn't get anyone out the same day, but Stan's was able to schedule us for Monday afternoon. We have a home warranty but the soonest they could get anyone out was on Tuesday and we needed it fixed faster than that. Stan's called first thing Monday morning to see if it was okay for them to come out earlier ... ABSOLUTELY I said. He was at the house before 11 am and it was repaired and fixed in about 30 minutes. Nick was great! We're so grateful to be cool again and not to have to make it through another 100 degree day with no AC. Thank you Stan's you're the best!!

The guys were thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked hard for two days on a house with a difficult attic in which to maneuver. They got the job finished with aplomb and without surprises. I could tell the difference immediately and highly recommend Fox Service for a home weatherization.

Go Green is my go to AC company. Alex was awesome. He called me first thing this morning to tell me he would be my technician today. He gave me an approximate time, since he was driving across the city during rush hour. He arrived 15 minutes sooner than he thought. His introduction was professional & friendly....and enthusiastic about finding the problem with my AC. He checked my thermostat, my furnace, and the outside unit. He determined within 5 minutes my problem, fixed it and started cooling my house down. Great service.....Great peopleJean
