I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Very pleased with their service. Greg came by first to look at what the problem was. We needed a cartridge to be replaced at the sink and the shut off valve and the other sink. They do not charge a fee for the trip and estimate like most other plumbers I called. Then they sent me an email with the price for the job including parts and labor. It was much lower than what I got from others over the phone. Greg came a second time, did the job quickly and did not leave any mess behind. He also explained what he did and what was wrong with the parts that needed replacing. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing repairs.

We woke up one Friday morning to find we had no hot water. Luckily Plumb & Order was recommended to us, so we called them. They said they could have someone look at our problem that day, but that they were booked solid. Well, luck for us they managed to squeeze us in! So same day service! We were very pleased with the person who did the work and the scheduler.

To rate I loved it wouldn't be my typical response for a plumbing problem but this time it's true.Basic stuff I can handle on my own, anything beyond that – had to call in a professional. Mojica is super nice on the phone, can’t stress this because how customer service is always a hassle with so many, not Mojica. Plus they came in, fixed the blockage with the snake wiring thing, AND didn’t leave a mess. They were prompt and didn’t give me any surprise on the bill, which was a surprise!! Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service.
