Steve and Victor spent several hours getting the best system to replace my broken water heater (same day service). The attention to detail was remarkable… they went to pick up parts twice just to make sure the fit and components were spot on for my situation. Never had plumbing service that compares to Steve and the owners of Plumbinator, and they matched the price of the best quote I had from other companies. If you need support in a crisis like I did, call this company!It was Thanksgiving the first time, no hot water because the home I just purchased 6 months ago had an OLD water heater that leaked everywhere. That secret space under the stairs, the garage, the front closet. All wet. They gave me a fair bid on an upgrade to a tankless water heater. I am NOT sorry. It is worth every penny in my new master bath renovation to have hot water on demand.This time, I needed a quick disconnect on a gas stove. These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and Nigeal arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator. They were recommended by a friend and I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!!

If I could give them a hundred stars I would. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are professional, responsible, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy and mostly kind good people.My leak was hard to locate but they didn’t give up until they found it. We called today and they scheduled us for tomorrow. They had a cancelation and called me back and got us scheduled for today. They came a little early which was great! They were so nice. The price was fair in our opinion for the work they had to do. They also did the work very quickly and it was done right! We were so stressed out this morning and by 4pm we were completely at ease. Corey and Nigeal went above and beyond when locating and repairing a slab leak on our home. The location and quote process was very easy and though the repair threw plenty of wrenches at them with some scope creep here and there, they adapted and overcame everything across two days of work all within the quoted cost. Both were great to interact with and very communicative at every step of the way to complete the job. What a great local and family owned business to work with. They came out to run a sewer hydrostatic test after I had some foundation work and found a break. They quickly scheduled a crew to come and tunnel under the house and then they came and fixed the break right away. No one likes to have plumbing issues, but I know I can trust on these guys to get the job done and correctly.I also had a delivery come in as they were leaving and they graciously helped unload the delivery. They had no obligation to do this, but the fact that they did just shows what types of people they are. They are my go-to for all plumbing issues.Thanks again Tim and team!

I contacted The Plumbinator for help tracing an unwanted outside water spigot line (PEX running through concrete foundation) back to its manifold somewhere in my house in order to cap it. The Plumbinator team was easy to work with, accommodating to some re-schedule issues on my end and very helpful. Mickey was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

We had major problems and want to share our story and praise Plumbinator. Two leaks, one in slab going to toilet and another outside in ground. Diligent, professional Mickey and his staff saved us! Couldn’t be more pleased with such fine people and great service!!

We loved working with The Plumbinator. They helped diagnose and fix a pipe issue that occurred regarding the washing machine line. Importantly, they were incredibly professional and honest, and were able to restore an important functionality of the house without completely replacing the pipe system that otherwise works in the house. (Other companies we spoke to had told us we needed to replace everything) We appreciate their honest, hard-working character, and ability to help.

We used the Plumbinator this week to repair a leaking coupling at our cut-off valve by the street. The technicians were friendly and ultimately did good work, from what I could tell. However in my opinion, the pricing was excessive. They spent 20 minutes digging down to the valve and diagnosing the issue. They then left for 55 minutes to get a new coupling. Upon returning, the completed the repair in 35 minutes. They then waited 45 minutes while the adhesive dried and filled in the hole. $775.00. So basically, $150 in parts and $600 in labor for just shy of 3 hours, if you want to count an hour of obtaining parts and another 45 minutes of watching glue dry as labor. This equates to over $200/hour. I just can't justify this rate nor the total price for the work performed.

I contacted The Plumbinator of Round Rock over the phone and asked if I could get an estimate for some water hammer issue I was having. She was completely informed from me that I have high water pressure and would need a pressure relief valve installed.The lady on the phone scheduled an appointment and NEVER mentioned there would be a service fee. To my shock I got an invoice the next day. I called to ask why I got an invoice and was NEVER told there would be a $50.00 service fee.The lady was rude when I was asking about why I was not told up front about any service fees. In fact, I asked why she did not tell me and her reply was, I would have told you if you would have asked. I tried to explain that I think it is her responsibility to informme and not me ask her. At this point, I got hung up on. I would have politely declined and went on a search for other companies had she done her job and informed me about a service fee. This is worse than a hidden fee. This is a NEVER told fee.

Excellent competent service and installation. Reliable & trustworthy. Call these guys.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mickey, Cesar and Steve did our entire home’s plumbing - replacing all of our old cast iron with new pipe. I could write a novel about how much we love these guys, but we are truly grateful for the work they did, Mickey’s constant communication with us, and just the entire process. If you are looking for a plumber for any job - from just a toilet repair to an entire home, these are the plumbers for you.

My dad was a builder and taught me to do things myself if I wanted it done right. Well that's not always possible so it's always a challenge to find honest, hardworking companies to do an important job for me. So I spent probably 4 hours researching plumbing companies before I came across an article written by Mickey's wife and business partner. The article explained why NOT to do something I just knew was the right thing for me to do (my dad passed last year so can never get much welcomed advice from my #1 go-to). After reading the very straight forward and logical article, I not only knew I did NOT want what I thought I did, but I possibly found a company to work with. That was just the beginning! I asked for a quote and Mickey, the owner himself!!! met me at my jobsite and went over everything with me and explained in detail why certain things were necessary and possible set backs they could run into. WOW!!! He was not only patient and thorough but I felt like I had an intense plumbing lesson! I knew I had found my company! From start to finish, Mickey and his amazing team (mostly family) were there when they said they would be, went WAY above and beyond what they said they would do, were friendly and professional... I could go on and on. I will never use another plumber!! And so very thankful Wendy took the time to write such an amazing article and Mickey took the time to explain. LOVE these people!! And, to me, customer service is 98% of a company. The Plumbinator is 100% right on!!

I recommend The Plumbinator for sure. My husband and I had water piling up in the front yard and we shopped around for quite a while to find the right guys for the job. The Plumbinators were not only timely and professional and really transparent on their pricing but also friendly and super communicative throughout the whole process. Their specialty is leak location and they did a really great job, quickly, and ended up charging slightly less than the original quote even though it was a tough job.

Outstanding experience! Everyone I interacted with was very professional, the crew installed my new water heater within a couple days at a great price and they did it right the first time. I would definitely recommend them and will call on them for all my plumbing needs.

Contacted them via their posted number. Interaction was via phone text per Plumbinators request. Received response that they had a 2-4 time slot opening. They asked for additional contact info, which I provided. But by the end of the day, they never showed and have not responded to my several queries. Extremely disappointed. I prepped the area and then waited all day, then total silence and absolutely no response. Obviously, I do not recommend them.

I chose The Plumbinator to fully replace my cast iron sewer pipes, move a drain pipe in my slab to accommodate a wall mounted toilet, and fix a few leaky fixtures. Mickey and his team gave 110% everyday until it was done. His crews were friendly and respectful of my home, and his front office team was very helpful over the phone whenever we had questions. You might lead a charmed life and go through it without ever needing a plumber, but if you ever DO, I can't say enough great things about The Plumbinator Round Rock. Mickey and his crew have stood by us throughout several different episodes and they've been professional, honest and trustworthy and perform superior work every single time. So, on a Friday just after 3:00 PM, almost 6 months into the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed water accumulating on the floor of my garage near the water heater closet. I opened the door to it, and sure enough it appeared that my almost 30-year old water heater was finally kicking the bucket. I contacted several places to try to get someone out to my house to at least stop the leak that late on a Friday. Not only did Tim, son of The Plumbinator, come out to take a look but said he could get it replaced within a couple of hours because he did not want to leave me without hot water for the weekend. They used fans to dry out the closet while they went to get the replacement, cleaned everything out, replaced the fixings that needed to be updated and got the new hot water heater installed and working by 6:30 PM. Everything is now up to current code and they followed all the necessary social distancing guidelines and procedures. I would highly recommend reaching out to this local, family-run business if you have any plumbing needs.

Due to a con-man contractor, we were abandoned without hot water for 3 1/2 weeks! We were desperate! Luckily, we met the Plumbinator.Mickey squeezed us in that evening. He talked to us, looked around, thought about it... and fixed our new tankless water heater In less than 30 minutes! He also walked around with us to help us understand all the things done by our former plumber that weren't up to code.Long story short, he not only fixed all of our plumbing issues but he helped us deal with the city inspectors and even helped us find a reputable contractor who would take on our renovation from hell. He even checked in on us frequently to make sure we were doing OK.I can't recommend Mickey and the Plumbinator crew highly enough!

Had a great experience with The Plumbinator! I have a large family who like to take a lot of hot showers and we were running out of hot water all the time. Mickey walked me through the process of getting a tankless water heater installed and was patient and kind with all my many questions! The tankless is awesome and we can use our hot water as much as we want now. Highly recommend.

I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this company. We had used them in the past and had a great experience with our first technician. We recently needed to have a shower head replaced. We called this company based on our past experience with them. After coming out, our shower head stopped working entirely! I had to call them repeatedly to try and get them to come out and fix the issue that they had worsened but they wouldn't! Now Im back looking for yet another plumber...so hard to find people that do good work in this industry.

WOW! When you have a leak, water is seeping from the side of your home over the slab, water finding its way into your home... CALL.THE.PLUMBINATOR!I called, they came as soon as the could and once I met them at the house, we introduced each other, we shook hands and in a flash I was watching the A-Team going after the leak with equipment of all types and a problem solving team- they were like plumbing forensic scientists. They capped the pipe that night and came back, ASAP to finish the job.Problem has been resolved. Very good and fair pricing, also. Mickey, Tim, Steve and Chad were a great choice for us!

While I admit that I have never used their service, I know what plumbing company I will never hire. This morning a black dodge pickup with the Plumbinator name emblazoned on the side of it was driving so aggressively on northbound I-35 through Round Rock, I was sure I was going to witness an accident. The pickup was aggressively tailgating and switching in and out of lanes causing other people to slam on their brakes to avoid colliding with the truck. I can’t imagine hiring a company to work inside my residence that displays such a complete disregard for others safety on the road. I usually don’t find myself writing reviews like this, but when it endangers the public, I find it warranted.

Beneath The Slab... The Final Frontier...These are the voyages of our home-shaped spacecraft. At least, during the pandemic, that's how I've explained it to my kids. We're on a ship, we have limited ability to take shuttles to places, and only at great need. Our food is delivered via Underway Replenishment, and we're on patrol until further orders come in from Starfleet. Or something.Well, we had a minor problem in engineering. To the tune of 30 gallons an hour. The 3/4 pipe between our utility room and our guest bathroom had ruptured... under the slab.Enter Eric Stolle Plumbing and The Plumbinator. This amazing tag team of technical experts in the plumbing profession put us right, quickly and without the need to crack into our foundation. I cannot say enough about the timeliness, courtesy or professionalism of both of these companies, and how they exchanged information and expertise to take what might have been a much more extended (and expensive!) process and get it down to a couple of visits and a minimal disruption of water services. When we're telling the kids to pretend we're on a spaceship to make the quarantine more bearable, we kind of need to avoid as much, um, life support failure as possible. And these enterprising engineering entrepeneurs made sure the problem was fixed with as little of that as was practicable. My nightowl son pretty much slept through what little water disruption there was.Folks, if you spring a leak in your... umm... warp core... or something... you can't go far wrong than to employ either or both of these outfits to come put you right again. Mickey The Plumbinator helped us solve a massive issue when we were two weeks in as foster parents, and Eric from Eric Stolle Plumbing has handled issues for us for years as well. In this day and age, it's rare to find companies you can trust who will not steer you wrong. Both companies are dedicated to ensuring you have the best fix for the minimal price, they've got the kind of integrity that gives peace of mind when the rest of the world is going crazy.I'm grateful to these two companies for getting us back to where we needed to be, when home becomes office and schoolhouse, and we can't afford to be without the necessities of life in our little pretend spaceship. Pluminator pulled the siding off so cleanly to access the pipe they were able to reuse and patch the wall to perfection. Definitely recommend for any job.

I called the Pluminator recently to find a water leak. He came recommended from my regular plumber as THE company to detect water leaks. They have the equipment to detect interior and exterior leaks. Not only was the Pluminator successful in finding the water leak (thankfully it was outside the house), but he and his staff were honest and friendly. I found out that his kids go to the same school as my kids, and the very next day who did I see taking his kids to school? The Pluminator. I would highly recommend this company.

PLUMBINATOR to the rescue. We had to have our sewer line re-routed due to a large break mid-yard. They had to breakthru huge boulders and mountains of roots to reach a point of our line where they could connect for the re-route to the city. I’ve never witnessed a harder working team.
