The folks at S&D are truly top notch from the employees in the office who schedule the work to the technicians in the field who perform the services. They are punctual and professional and good to explain what they are going to do. We had an exceptionally challenging attic hot water heater replacement project. As difficult as the project was, Melvin and Nick worked all day to make certain that we had hot water that evening while taking great care to assure no damage was done to our property. The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced. I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions. So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care.

So happy to report that Benjamin Franklin plumbing exceeded expectations m called at 3 plumber here by 415. Clogged bathroom sink was in working order within the hour. Plumber also answered questions about long term maintenance of our pipes. Dylan was easy going, professional, and capable. Very happy with the outcome and service.

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

Chris Rios showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. A complete check of the A/C was done with a complete explanation of the system. I recommend this firm.

Great Job, that is how I would describe the work that was done.They came out examined the old system; quoted me a price for a new system, with different options, added in the extras I wanted and gave me a date when I could expect the work to be done.Then performed the work on the date I chose, leaving me with a working system.They came inspected their own work and made corrections. There was never a issue with doing what was necessary to perform a Great Job.

Chris went above and beyond and ended up saving us from having to completely replace our main guest toilet. We will always use Neighborhood and will definitely request Chris for future plumbing needs!

To rate I loved it wouldn't be my typical response for a plumbing problem but this time it's true.Basic stuff I can handle on my own, anything beyond that – had to call in a professional. Mojica is super nice on the phone, can’t stress this because how customer service is always a hassle with so many, not Mojica. Plus they came in, fixed the blockage with the snake wiring thing, AND didn’t leave a mess. They were prompt and didn’t give me any surprise on the bill, which was a surprise!! Do you have a home plumbing need? I recommend them for good customer service, and for service where they know what the heck they’re doing!! A+
