I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Pure Plumbing Service!

The best plumbing Service that I have ever dealt with. They won't try to scam you or talk you into something you don't need like other plumbers around Austin. Wyatt Is a pro at his job and can solve some really tricky and challenging problems with the lowest cost to you. He is professional and treat your house like it's the space shuttle, never leaving till the job is perfect. These guys are a 100% better than those radiant people.

I called Lanier Plumbing to have my washing machine drain cleared. The fellow took my address and phone number and told me he would call back in a couple of hours to tell me if they would be able to come out that day or the next morning. I never received a callback and now the following morning there is no one answering their phones. I’ve used Lanier plumbing previously and was impressed with the work but now they’re just MIA. Very disappointed.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.
