My AC unit crashed in the middle of the day while my wife and I were at work. I was very pleased and satisfied from start to end with the way Radiant responded to my AC issue. A technician was dispatch to my home within 45 minutes from my initial call to them. I received excellent customer service from both the dispatcher and Reid the technician. Reid was very professional and friendly throughout the inspection. He explained everything as he was troubleshooting the issue and provided several reasonable options to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the ultimate outcome involved replacing our 14 year old unit and we were not prepared to make a decision on the spot. Reid was very receptive to our decision and even arranged for a salesperson to come to our home and give us a quote. Overall, the whole Radiant team did an exceptional job and I would gladly recommend them to my family and neighbors.

Jason came out and saved the day! Had to unexpectedly move a water pipe for a small renovation project we’re doing. We called and then comes out less than 24 hours later and completely the work on site. Will definitely recommend to neighbors and friends, best service!

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Raymond was recommended to us and we cannot be more pleased with his services. He is very responsive and professional and after snowpocalypse in Feb this year he was here the next day to assess the damage to our tankless water heater (toast) and to make sure we did not have damage to our pipes. We were so grateful! Once we finally got our new water heater, he got it installed and up and running in just a few hours and hauled away the old one. We love Raymond!

I’ve worked with Arthur and Robert at Efficient for two different calls, both came quickly for after hours service, were really friendly and helpful. Arthur explained what he was doing to test and correct the system issue. When Robert came it was just that our condenser was really dirty and quit running, he worked quickly to get us back up and running but also explained to me what he was doing and the usual maintenance needs, which was really helpful as a first time home owner. Efficient is my go to.

Robert from Neighborhood arrived within an hour of my call and quickly advised that our kitchen faucet was leaking and needed replacement. He made sure the leaking stopped and advised us to find the replacement faucet we wanted and to call back for him to do the replacement.When we bought a new faucet we called in and he came out the next day to do the work. He was nice, helpful and professional in his work and I told him that he was now our favorite plumber!I highly recommend Neighborhood and Robert!

Everyone from the Indigo did an excellent job with my shower stall remodel. The project manager was Pete who did the initial assessment and did regular on-site follow ups during the process. Extraordinarily professional.The demo team did a great job. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust and completely cleaned up the job site when finished. It's almost as if they hadn't been there.....except for a gutted bathroom.Of particular note were Randy and Jose who were the tile professionals. Their work was impeccable, particularly considering the unusual design angles they were challenged with. Randy was able to come up with creative solutions to these challenges that contributed very well to final appearance of the shower. They worked 10+ hour days in 100 degree temps. If you are fortunate enough to get Randy and Jose assigned to your project you will be in great hands.

Mike left a mess. When politely asked to clean it up he got extremely defensive and irate. If he can’t do the little things right like picking up after himself what make you think he isn’t cutting corners else where.Edit: It’s not fake or harassment; I have video evidence.
