Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. Superb customer service! ET Plumbing is a company you can absolutely trust. Joe arrived right on time and worked through an unusual pipe problem (which, on thorough investigation, turned out not to be a leak) very methodically. ET had previously installed three vanities and had taken care of some minor issues, so I did not look elsewhere when I thought we had a leak. Following Joe's investigation, I have peace of mind.

I hired Austin Area Plumbing to replace a drain pipe in my slab, which required extensively excavating under the house. Dennis took the time to explain the whole process to me, brought out an engineer to make sure the structure wasn't adversely affected by the excavation and quoted me a very fair price for a very large project. During the project, Pierre installed a new hot water heater and replaced all my old, broken shut-off valves and DIY mistakes, again for a very reasonable price. Austin Area Plumbing was prompt, courteous, clean and reasonable. They gave me a full warranty on all their work and I could not be more pleased. They are the most professional, competent plumbers I have used since living in Austin. I highly recommend them.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
