Best Heating System Repair in Austin TX

Radiant is always responsive, professional, and effective. Today CR diagnosed and fixed some issues from a not-so-great plumbing job we had done by someone else previously; he was meticulous and very respectful of my home and time. I am so relieved to have the problem fixed and my space left clean and functional. He also advised me about what had gone wrong with the original job so I could try to address it with the other contractor.

Very poor customer service. Called early Saturday evening and was scheduled for a technician to come and fix our broken AC. When the time rolled around and hadn’t heard from them I reached out and was told I was never on the schedule. I was then told that they had another technician finishing a job and would be over shortly. I then received another call saying that the folks I had spoken to had no right to send someone over to help me that they couldn’t send anyone out until Monday. So after close to 6 hours of back and forth having someone scheduled and canceled we are left in a 90° house until Monday due to their poor management.

Luke fixed my issues, shared my disappointment when we discovered sorrs cuts to make more profit with my water heater. He did the best he could to make it better than it was. I appreciated his effort. The tag on the heater was erroneous. Thanks Luke.

They must be desperate to hire because they have absolutely insane plumbers. I'm 64 years old driving a little SUV returning home from a doctor visit. Their driver, speeding on Duval street near the Domain, then crossed 3 lanes to turn cutting you off and slam on brakes because they must be missing the turn to go onto MOPAC to go north, no signal, no arm wave gesture showing kindness, just cut you off, then after honking, flip you the finger like it was you who did something wrong.After a few finger flips, the driver literally stops traffic behind him, gets out of his company truck, like he is going to fight...walks up to your window name calls you lots of CURSE WORDS more, then drives off. You follow to try to get and copy the drivers truck license as he risks lives on the highway speeding and risky lane changing and then at another stop into an apartment complex entrance, gets out of his truck and does it all again, cursing at you, triple finger flipping you while his arms are waving? All this even while you have the company's receptionist on the phone explaining to her this young Hispanic plumber's insane behavior, unsafe driving and asking her to speak to him.All this with their company name plastered all over their big truck, and the receptionist doesn't seem to care?She gets your personal information says a manager will call, of course no call. So since no call, l left this review.Would you want someone (a plumber) like this allowed into your HOME?

Our condenser motor stopped working during the hottest week in Texas. We called everywhere and no one could get to us till after the weekend. Called Goettl and spoke with Alexis who was helpful and found someone who could come the same day, worked with us as renters. Jeremy was the BEST mechanic! He was so kind to the fact our daughter was sleeping, and worked with us to get the best repair. Jeremy was the best!

I came home to an inch of disgusting water from my garbage disposal leaking into the kitchen sink cabinet. I needed someone to find and fix the problem that same day. Within an hour of calling they sent someone over and within an hour or two I had a brand new garbage disposal installed and the sink cabinet was no longer filled w old, gross water from the broken disposal! AWESOME service! Thank you!

I got home from work and found our air conditioner had stopped working sometime that day. I called multiple A/C companies in the area and everyone was telling me that the soonest they could come see me was the next afternoon. Jake was scheduled to come see us within 2 hours of calling Citywide.Jake was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue with our exterior unit within 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. When the house was not cooling as quickly as we had thought it would, Jake came over again to inspect the interior unit and gave us a great explanation of exactly how our unit was installed and why it is taking so long to cool the entire house down.Thank you to Jake and to Citywide for making our house cool again.
