Zak was excellent to work with. Having no pluming or water heater experience myself, he was able to walk me through the plumbing and water heater unit issues we were having. He was also able to expediently fix/replace the necessary items to get us hot water again!I highly recommend Zak at Radiant Plumbing.

Based on experiences with previous plumbers, I was hesitant at first, but ultimately was blown away by Daniel's Plumbing. I had the pleasure of working with Logan and Austin and they helped me solve a couple standard plumbing problems, and a couple fancy special requests. They upgraded me to a tankless water heater, installed my whole-home water treatment system, repaired a broken hose bib, and added custom water lines for my patio misting system and hot tub.These guys take customer service to heart, and handled every question, concern, and idea I had with the upmost respect. They worked fast, kept a great attitude, and communicated with me every step of they way. If you need a reliable plumber, I would highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing, and be sure to ask for Logan and Austin! Oh and by the way, maybe Austin will show up in his Leprechaun outfit. Ask him about it! :)

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average.The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

We had a dryer poorly installed by Lowes that resulted in a gas leak. Matthew came by within an hour of calling and fixed the issue. He was extremely polite and efficient, and resolved the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend and use 1st Home again!

Stepped up the challenge of fixing the water pressure in my shower. Showed up on time and reasonable prices (for a plumber).

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

I was very disappointed with the high labor cost. $460 to take care of a pipe repair under the sink. He was in and out within 45 minutes.. I know that I had the option to decline the repair, but after I had waited 6 hours for the plumber to arrive, and given the fact that today was the only day that I’m available this week. I kind felt forced to get the repair done. He did an excellent job, but very expensive $460 for 45 minutes of labor.It is $10.22 per minute.

So happy with the service I received. As a first time customer, I called on Monday and had a technician out at my house the very next day. Juran explained the situation to me and gave me all the options to proceed. A new mount was installed and my light fixture installed. My porch looks great! Very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Josh just saved me 3000 dollars! A larger competitor, you see therir trucks all over town, quoted me $3000 on a job Josh completed for $600. He gave me homeowner tips along the way. Super helpful.

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

The tech was professional and found the problem quickly. Declined the offered repair solution for them to cut out my drain line and install some other port that they have for being able to blow out the gunk from the line. Just did it myself and now the system is working again and I didn't spend but the diagnostic charge.

Chris, Bryant and the rest of the install team were great to work with. They made the process very easy and painless.

Came out quicker than I expected. Tech was knowledgeable and helped in an emergency situation.

The plumber called to let me know he was on his way and was very friendly. He arrived and continued to be courteous and professional. He reviewed the issues and provided me with several options but didn't pressure me on any of them. He did an amazing job explaining my options and happily answered all my questions and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. I would highly recommend Thomas as a plumber and ARC.

Eddie was my maintenance technician today. A few months back, I had talked to him on the phone because my heat pump wasn’t working and I had a fairly new system. He was on call that weekend and over the phone helped me bypass the issue so I could have heat. Today he remembered the issue and took the time to figure out and fix the problem during the maintenance call. He saved me a few hundred $ and I’m very thankful. My favorite things about Eddie are he is genuine, a focused worker and when the time came to chit chat he was a nice person. A+. I also appreciate the office giving me calls to remind about scheduling service. Very pleased

Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

I've always been pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the staff and technicians. They upgraded various aspects of my system a few years back and my electric bill improved significantly. I can't recommend them enough. They come quick, know their stuff, and keep my unit purring like a kitten in spite of its age. This is the 3rd time we have used Citywide for HVAC issues and they have been great every time! Of course on a Sunday of record heat, we woke up to a warm house. Called Citywide at about 10am and was told they would be able to get a tech out between 2pm and 4pm and that they would call around 30 minutes before arrival. They called about 12:15 that they were about 10 minutes away. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very friendly and professional, and gave us some tips of things to check in the future. Highly recommended!
