Rooterman was awesome dispatching someone to me the day of, within the hour. I was impressed. Curtis was an awesome plumber as well, he replaced my water main valve and answered all of my inquisitive questions. I feel like I learned a lot and the stress of my faulty main shut off valve is gone. I would recommend them if anyone asks in the future.

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. As well as all of my family. Thank you so much David Moore, David Steele, and of course Noah.

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. He also kept me informed as to what he was doing next. I will certainly consider calling Ben Franklin Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Miguel come out inspected my a/c and gave me an honest appraisal. He was up front about all the different costs and it issues I could run into. He was very informative about the different types of units and their functions and how they save money on my electric bill. Miguel even offered his service if I had any questions on other appraisals I might get from his competitors. If you're looking for honesty, ask for miguel..

Service person was excellent. However, the gentleman who answered the phone needs more training in telephone etiquette. I did not appreciate his sarcastic and mocking remarks.

Richard Santellan was on time, professional, and very courteous. He serviced both our HVAC units in a very expeditious manner.

After rescheduling us 4 times they finally showed up for their 9am appointment at 9pm. The plumber was there until midnight, broke parts of our well plumbing because he didn’t use the shut off valve he was told to use. He returned this morning to fix the well but left us with pieces of our original shower problem to fix ourselves. I won’t be using this company Ever again.

There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars

These guys are just amazing. I used them a couple times. Once on a emergency water main break repair and the other day I had them install a new water heater for my house. They are honest, trustworthy and stand by their work. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They even send out licensed technicians with years of experience! I’ve dealt with a lot of other companies before this one and now I will never use another plumbing company beside Reliant Plumbing!

Long Post, Sorry!! As a single woman, it's hard sometimes to trust that a person or company won't take advantage of you. I called a couple of companies to get estimate on a bathroom remodel. The prices I got were obnoxious to say the least. Enter Indigo Facility Services. I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and give me the same estimate on my bathroom redo. Not only were they A LOT more reasonable, but I actually felt a little calmer with John who came out. After doing my own research and liking what I heard and saw, I went with them. We had a little delay because of Covid and materials being backed dated but no fault to them. My only concern was I only had a small amount of time to get it all done because I was using my vacation time to be there. They got almost all of it done in the time frame I needed because they worked a little over time to get it done. I got this done in October, and waited to post something because I was literally waiting on something bad to happen. It NEVER DID. They were professional all the way thru and great guys from beginning to end. I could say something about something the painter did, but I wouldn't blame the whole company for that. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need for your home. I'll be using them again for something soon! Great Job to the guys on site and also the ladies in the office that kept me in the loop on everything. I really appreciate you !!!!

I've finally found my go to plumber. Eric arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The price was more than reasonable. G&M is the best. There's no reason to call anyone else.

Christian is amazing! I had a gas line in need of repair in my fireplace and I’m so thankful I found him. He was prompt, courteous, fair and he didn’t mind my dogs wanted to give him kisses while he was working. Such a nice man and excellent plumber. His wife was with him helping as she was equally as wonderful and so incredibly sweet. Don’t hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs!
