I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. My electrician discovered that I had a small pin-hole leak in a pipe under my house. I tried for several weeks to find a plumber to come out, but had no luck getting anyone to call me back. I checked Angie's list and found Plumb Masters. They promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment. The guys arrived on time and were willing to crawl under my house, even in the rain! They fixed the leak by removing a small piece of pipe and then discovered a few more inches of pipe that were just about to give way in the same way, so they fixed that as well. I also asked them to fix a leaky outside faucet and they were happy to help. I have found my go to plumber, and I am very satisfied with their service!

Chris came out in March to replace two flush valve ballcocks in my toilets, replaced 2 old faucets w new ones in bathroom, and changed out the Roman tub faucet. He did an excellent job and gave me quite a bit of information when I asked him questions. He contacted me later to be sure everything was in good shape and even came back to tweak one faucet to be sure it was perfect.Very professional and knowledgeable

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.

The A/C tech came out on a weekend and worked on our air conditioner. He discovered a blown fuse was the cause of no power. Next, he wanted to know what was causing the fuse to blow in the first place. In less than 10 minutes, he found a burned circuit relay in the outside unit. He replaced it. I would recommend this tech and the Fox company to anyone who needs their A/C serviced.

Earlier this week, I unexpectantly had my hot water heater go out. With five guests from out of state in town, this was a major problem and something I needed fixed in a hurry. I called Cold is On the Right Plumbing and was greeted with a very friendly person who had me scheduled to see a technician that morning. An hour later, a technician named Brendin was here, gave me an estimate (he was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything), ordered the parts while he was here and even spoke to my insurance company for me! Within another hour, the parts were delivered, installed and we had hot water. Cold is On the Right Plumbing certainly saved my day!
