Do not I repeat do not call them. They don't keep their appointment times and when they do show up it's high way robbery prices. They said they needed to come out to give an estimate they missed their window by over well over an hour when they did show up I was told it was a set price so what in the world did they need to come out for in the first place.

They were very responsive when I needed prompt help for a backed-up pipe. They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

Asked this company to come fix our toilet and drain ended up being a huge waste of money. Two younger guys came out and said that due to the cast iron plumbing, they would have to charge me $1200 each to fix the toilet, shower and 2 sink. This would total to almost $5000. They also charged me $185 just to come out to look at it and never even sent me the quote afterwards to do the work. Basically just a blatant money grab on their end.AWS came out the next week and fixed the kitchen sink for $300 total, and are in the process of fixing the toilet. So I basically paid Good Flow Plumbing $185 to give me a false diagnostic with no intentions of actually completing the work.

It is well worth the drive from anywhere. This is my 2nd visit. It is quite in depth in the history. It is the jewel of Fredricksburg and then there is the rest, which is food and fun.

I was surprised by how quickly Nathan was able to come out and look at my water heater. He quickly troubleshooted the problem, and had a replacement part on hand! ET is extra-terrific! We've used ET several times and always been happy with the work but this time they provided truly exceptional service. In the middle of Austin's infrastructure meltdown, they got a crew to us despite power outages, downed trees, and traffic chaos. Bobby and Joe worked for hours to replace our dead water heater and save our floors from flooding. We live in an older house, so the jobs sometimes involve old iron pipe and decades of amateur plumbing, but ET always does the job with professionalism and quality. It doesn't hurt that they also have the coolest logo and website in the business. Absolutely recommend them.
