The folks at S&D are truly top notch from the employees in the office who schedule the work to the technicians in the field who perform the services. They are punctual and professional and good to explain what they are going to do. We had an exceptionally challenging attic hot water heater replacement project. As difficult as the project was, Melvin and Nick worked all day to make certain that we had hot water that evening while taking great care to assure no damage was done to our property. Economy Plumbing (and our technician Luke) provided customer service that I am not accustomed to receiving in Kingsland. They answered the phone every time I called and provided a written quote by email within minutes of coming to my home. He was able to do the job that week and the company provided text message reminders and alerts to his arrival time.We had Luke install a tankless hot water heater with a propane conversion, a job that our original plumber told me that they didn't know how to do and wouldn't attempt. Luke did a fantastic job at a fair price. So glad to know about Economy Plumbing... just wish I had known about them from the start of my project.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Justin displayed professionalism, clarity on what the problem was, patience in answering all my questions, and laid out all options for me in a clear and concise way, so that I could make a very informed decision. He displayed the characteristics that I would want to convey if I was providing a valued service. Service/knowledge base was great and the pricing was fair. While at the last minute moving to sell my house, I found our washer box leaking. Fast Plumbing gave a direct quote for the repair and had it done in record time. Couldn't believe how quickly they worked! I'll definitely use them next time I own.

This company was responsive and the technicians were very pleasant and polite hence the 2 stars. However, we were given a bid to replace a ‘pump’ on our a/c unit which was not heating for $696. I was charged a $69 dispatch fee and decided on getting a second opinion. I had Fox Service Co come out to see the unit (free 2nd opinion). The technician said it could be air in the line, he flushed it out and the unit works perfectly. No pump replacement and just $75 for labor.1st Co has technicians who don’t know what they’re doing or can’t be bothered. You decide.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Updated as of 10/6/21. I used Austin Plumbery who got me out of a bind several months ago and had a great experience as listed below. I'm having some standing water outside of my house and the city water crew said I should contact a plumber. I had another company set-up for a few days from now, but decided to try Austin Plumbery in case they could come sooner. Joe and tech came out same day just a few hours later from when I called. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He even showed me what to look at on the meter. They ended up doing a Hydrostatic test and confirmed I have a leak in my plumbing :(. However, before moving forward he recommended I reach out to my homeowner's insurance to see what is covered in case it could help with costs. I truly appreciate the honesty I've received during both calls and not a push to get money and perform services that might not be needed or could be covered by other means. Thankful again and totally will call them for future needs!I tried to DIY our plumbing by replacing pipes (using solder) and installing a new valve. It didn't go well, so I needed to find a place quick so we could get our water back on. I called several places and most had a week out for availability. I called Austin Plumbery and left a message. They called back within an hour and had an appointment available next day first thing in the morning. I also liked that their service fee was less than most places and went toward repairs anyway instead of being in addition to. Travis showed up within the time frame specified (only two hour time frame instead of like 5 hours or all day as I've experienced in the past). I told him what we did and basically end goal was to get it repaired so we could turn the main water back on. He recommended most efficient and cost effective procedure and I agreed and he was done in a just a little over an hour and stayed at the costs quoted. I also thought it was very reasonable considering other services I've had to get in a bind like this. He was polite and followed COVID protocol as well. Thank you Austin Plumbery, I will definitely call if needed in the future!

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. I was impressed by their knowledge and grateful they were able to help us so quickly. Their rates are affordable too. I am sure we will use them again, they are excellent.

Out Switches kept tripping in the kitchen resulting in the dishwasher not turning on. Put in a request for an appointment Saturday morning and Michael W. showed up less than 2 hours later. After explaining the problem he started testing the switches, checked out the breaker panel, all the whole explaining exactly was he was doing and why there was a problem. He ended up replacing a faulty breaker, fixed an outdated outlet and install a GFCI outlet in the garage. He also provided us with various quotes of what we can do do bring our electrical up to better standards

Stan’s is the absolute best - prompt, professional service and are very honest about what needs to be done. Andre and Steve are fantastic -they not only address my plumbing issue but told me tips on how to prevent and fix myself moving forward.

The technician who came out was honest, sincere, well spoken and present. I don't know how many times I've had people come to the house who couldn't make eye contact and it felt like you were being taken advantage of. I would use this company again.
