Kyle came out to our house yesterday and gave us estimates, with multiple options, for the services we needed. He was clear and concise with the information, making it easy to understand. We contacted S&D Plumbing and they were able to get them scheduled to do the work the very next day.Today he & Christopher came out and got all of the services done in just a few hours. I can't say enough about how personable, polite, communicative, and professional that Kyle & Christopher were! They are definitely an asset to this company.We will continue to use S&D and refer all our friends & family!

We called Clarke Kent for a clogged pipe. If you’re looking for quality work at a fair price from employees that treat you and your property with respect this is the company for you. This was a pleasant experience during a stressful time. The call to set up an appointment was easy and we didn’t have to wait an extended time for a technician, the office called to notify when they were on the way. Evan was our technician and he was a dream to work with, kept me updated with his progress and answered all of my questions with a smile (I could hear it not see it as he was masked). The guys from Clarke Kent were respectful of our property and left the yard as they found it. This is a plus as so many companies leave tools, masks, drinks and the like. A+ service.

Joseph and Marcel were great. Answered all my questions, gave helpful advice to prevent further issues and fixed my current problem. The whole experience was smooth and easy.

I called they cam within an hour. The technician was excellent (Omid Mandave), he stayed with it even when it wasn't working like he thought it should. He finally got it to break loose and my kitchen is back on line. Great job.

This review is for an HVAC issue. The service tech, Abel, was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and though the solution will require parts that were not on his truck, he promised to return ASAP with parts in hand. Abel has been to my home before and was kind enough to remember issues we'd previously discussed. I'm very satisfied with this visit and trusting Abacus with my HVAC needs.

13 yr old system froze up over the weekend. We put in a service request via email on Sunday and they were on site by 1pm Monday. They checked the system out, cleaned out the condenser, gave it a fresh charge and were done within an hour. Great experience, especially since we can get a little more out of our old system.

There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars

I'm not one to write reviews, but this time I feel it is warranted. I was without water, due to my plumbing attempt at fixing a leak in the inlet line to a toilet tank. Neighborhood came out as a first stop, and did an excellent job in replacing the elbow fixture. Chris was very patient with an extremely stubborn, original elbow, that did not want to come off. His patience saved us from a bill that would have been considerably more, had the elbow been cut off. Thank you Chris, and Neighborhood Plumbing. I highly recommend Neighborhood, and will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing project.George Ross

Being as brief as possible, this review is specific to the company's representatives general business practices in regard to their lack of tech schedule tracking and lack of customer courtesy calls or callbacks when tech are delayed. I am not questioning the company's techs ability to resolve issues. I scheduled a week in advance for service between 10-Noon. On day of service, I received no status or courtesy calls when the Noon hr went by. Knowing it is the start of peak season for AC issues and that unforeseen issues can occur, I was patient. At 12:15, I called and they didn't know whom I was and would call me back with a status. 45 mins later, I called again they said I was next on the schedule and would be there before 2:30pm. Again, 2:30pm rolls by without a courtesy or status call. I patiently waited until 3:49pm and called them again, they said they would check with their techs and called me back at 4:30pm saying they are still trying to reach their techs for a status. I waited for a callback until 5:45pm before I had to call them again to inform them I had to cancel due to other scheduled family obligations to which I had delayed for over 6hrs. After a full day of my patience and understanding, their response was literally, Ok click. There was no apology or attempt to reschedule at my nearest convenience. To all future customers, this company's representatives have no loyalty or general concern to some of it's customers. For those that have had great experiences with this company, I am happy to hear that you were on the good end of the stick. In my particular case, I was inconvenienced for several hours and then cast aside without any consideration. I truly hope future and existing customers get a better experience than mine. Thank you.

Plumb Doctors staff was very responsive. Sam came to our home on an emergency after hours call for broken hot water heater, his knowledge on what home builders do was a huge service to us, we had no water pressure when we moved in, and Sam knew immediately what was broken, and we were complaining of all the water we wasted to get hot water out of the faucets in the out, We had the hot water heater replaced, and added a booster recycle to the top to push hot water through the pipes, We also replaced a broken component in the yard that was keeping our pressure so low you would stand at the sink for several minutes to fill a pitcher with water. Sam also informed us that if you have a water softener, which you need in TX, you can shorten the life of your hot water heater unless you replace the anode every 3-4 years, which then can extend your water heater. Both Sam and Gabe who showed up to do the work were kind, professional, and cleaned up after they were complete with their work. This is definitely my plumber, I trust them with completing honest fair quotes and give me the best advice. I'll have them back to fix my shower that is having drainage issues, again because of builder lack of quality.

Our plumber Mycol was fantastic! We had an underground leak near the main water line. He was honest and transparent with his verbal estimate, and was willing to stay late that evening to fix it (we opted to wait a few days for other estimates). Pricing was in the same range as others so we chose Mycol because he passed the vibe check! He had no problems at all making the repair, it looked like quality work to me and he even added a handy little shutoff valve. Would love to book him again for future issues.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!

I've been calling them for days. Their answering service says they'll get back to you by the next business days. Not the case.
