I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

Called at 12:30 PM. Made appointment. Job was done at 4:00 PM. Technician was technically proficient and very customer oriented. Very pleasant experience. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to friends, relatives and neighbors.

Not only did they clear the main line blockage for half what anyone else in town was charging, they came back out and cleared debris the city left after doing more repairs and didnt charge me a second time. They did it all quickly and worked with me on scheduling. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about this guy.I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape.
